I am very displeased. I booked the ticket and made the payment. Then got a call that those tickets are not available and the new price is $150 more than the actual ticket price. I checked the review and there were several review where this happen . Don’t like these bait and switch techniques. Learnt my lesson , never to use this company for future business. The Sam ticket at airline app was much cheaper. Finally ended up paying 100 more for 5 tickets than the airline app. Very shady and deceptive company. Buyer beware.

I sent a complaint to your office email. I booked a flight and gave my credit card. I realized I had not been given a seat choice so I called the number to ask. I spoke with "Sharon". She told me that the flight was not available, no ticket would be coming!! But she also said my card had been charged and there was no way to cancel the transaction! So you had my $317 and I had no ticket. After 1.4 hours on the phone, I was forced to accept a different airline for $599 or lose the $317!!! And it turned out that my card had NOT been charged. Lie upon lie. "Addy" was a bright spot, followed through, called me, fixed some problems. He arranged for a $150. credit. I cannot tell you how angry I have been all day. It was bait and switch and lies. "Addy" saved what he could of the day. Thanks to him. I apprecaited his follow through and kindness.
