I'm excited to share my experience with the recent OKR course I participated today. Anand Pandey provided this course to the Target Agility alumni community, giving us a wonderful chance to enhance our knowledge.
Sharing of experiences, seen learners with growth mindset and this learning environment driven by Anand is awesome and I am happy and willing to be a part of Target Agility.

The teaching methods, Interactive sessions, activities, breakout room discussions, mural activities - these are amazing and easiest way to learn and implement what we learnt. Anand Pandey as trainer gave his 100% of what he has to provide for trainees. Thank you so much. I have enjoyed the learning of all sessions :)

After taking PSM 2 training from Anand in March 2023,recently took SAFe 6 training and successfully cleared SAFe 6 Agilist exam. Attending Anand's training session is always add value to anyone's knowledge and understanding about core agile concept.
He not only focuses on exam topics ,always focuses on complex concepts like different product backlog prioritization technique ,facilitation techniques etc, he teaches the core philosophy of different framework in such a simple way just like a story telling session.
Thanks a lot Anand for all you valuable knowledge sharing session.
Looking forward attending more sessions and gaining some more knowledge on different agile frameworks and product management concepts.

I thoroughly enjoyed Anand’s class for 2 days. He demonstrates mastery of the subject and uses adult learning techniques with elan. Passionate about teaching, he is quite resourceful in sharing relevant information that would benefit participants not just for the exams, but in the long run, Well done!
A suggestion that Anand could consider - ‘how to better engage all participants in a larger class which has a mix - beginners and experienced practitioners?’ he is faster growing and awesome teacher , very cool and compassionate about teaching

I'm excited to share my experience with the recent Kanban Fundamentals course I participated today. Anand Pandey graciously provided this course to the Target Agility alumni community, giving us a wonderful chance to enhance our knowledge during our holiday break. Remarkably, despite being a no-cost session, it proved to be just as impactful as Anand's other trainings.
What we Learnt:
🍕 Fun Learning: We had a blast exploring Kanban through game
🛠️ Work Smarter: We dove deep into setting WIP (Work in Progress) limits to supercharge work flow.
🔄 Unique Retrospectives: We spiced up our retrospectives with a creative twist using Lean Wastes, making them more interesting and engaging
📈 Core Concepts: We grasped Kanban key principles
🌊 Mastering Flow: The session provided a thorough and effective coverage of all the metrics essential for Kanban
📦 Batch & Queue Insights: We uncovered how batch and queue size can make or break processes.
📋 Creating Kanban Boards: Anand led us in crafting our own Kanban boards, hands-on!
🚧 Explicit Policies: The importance of defining clear policies and WIP limits became evident.
🤝 Practical Experience: Throughout, we immersed ourselves in Kanban principles and practices.

I feel that I made the best decision to join the classes from Target Agility especially from Anand. He broadened my understanding about Scrum master and scrum framework. And not just that he helped in understanding that Team Work and Smart Work is the key to everything. All the techniques, reference books, exercises and discussions, not just prepared us for PSM II exam but for future as well. Thanks Anand for this learning experience.

The training session was full of examples and analogies and it really helped understand concepts better. It was a very engaging session and Anand went extra mile to share insights and altered training based on our learning needs & feedback. Showed us how we can imbibe Agile, scrum in our lives.

I had a great learning experience with Anand, he was very engaging and accomodative. He made sure the class and learning is very interactive which resulted in thorough understanding.

Anand took us through the mindset of a Product Management and Product Owner roles and how these are visioned and strategised. Instead of sticking and going through notes initially, Anand took us through multiple case studies which forced us to think in those directions. As agile is all about having the kind of mindset, it helped us understand and visualise up the hierarchy and understand how things are planned. Thank you very much Anand for explaining the right content and concepts required for PSPO I. I will definitely plan next training course.

Anand is a professional when it comes to Agile training. His training is not theoretical but more relatable giving great examples of day-to-day scenarios. Thanks to Anand for a very good interactive session and that made me feel enthusiastic to understand scrum and learn for practical use.

Overall experience was good. Anand is really a fantastic coach. He explained each topic with a real life scenario every time and because of that Session became more interested.

The PSPO -1 training by Anand was definitely a different experience. Since I am not from the IT background, so it was not easy for me to run parallel with others who were into the same domain since long, however Anand made is a cakewalk for me. Not only training but after support by Anand is marvelous. I recommend anyone who wants to be a product owner to get trained by Anand.

Anand Pandey is an amazing Facilitator, trainer & Mentor.
