My personal bad experience…

I would like to share my experience to raise awareness for other potential customers.
Last March 2025 I signed a contract with Xterior Lifestyle Ltd for the supply and installation of a Tarasola wall-mounted pergola in my back garden. As agreed, I paid an 80% deposit in advance. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, the company (Xterior Lifestyle Ltd) ceased communication and failed to deliver the product or provide any further updates.
As a result of this situation, I have initiated legal proceedings against Xterior Lifestyle Ltd to recover my funds.
As this company was presenting itself as an official partner of Tarasola, I strongly advise anyone considering this product to exercise caution and to carry out thorough due diligence before entering into any agreement or making advance payments.
I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.
