The taps themselves were good but the box they arrived in was a bit battered. Would suggest thicker cardboard packaging as an improvement. To re-iterate, taps good and fitted well.

A Reliable Supplier
The customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable about their products which is what you want.
I confirmed certain details about the tap I was considering and I placed an order having requested a delayed despatch to suit my requirements. It was despatched on the day I requested and I was well informed of progress and it was delivered the next day.
I have not fitted the tap yet but it looks to be of good quality and finish.
I have used Tap Warehouse in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Still awaiting refund for sending us a broken sink
We ordered a ceramic sink for £300 that was delivered and was snapped into two pieces due to the careless delivery. We understand this can happen so contacted Tap Warehouse who said all the right things.
It was arranged for the sink to be collected and were told it would take 2 weeks for refund. We felt this was an unnecessarily long delay as other companies issue refunds in a fraction of this time.
We are now 3 weeks later and still no refund. We keep getting emails telling us it is being ‘processes’ but the evidence is non existent. Very poor customer service and the couriers are very unprofessional.
We would not recommend this Tap Warehouse

Not really happy with it
Not really happy with it, thought it looked bigger than anticipated when my husband removed it from box. Once it was installed by the plumber I disliked it even more, too big. Like the concept but think we'll be changing it in near future
