Really poor experience. Wanted to know if my business interruption insurance covered me for loss of earnings due to covid. The claims line number I was given had not heard of Tapoly and each time I phoned I had to speak to managers just to confirm they did deal with Tapoly claims. Had to contact Tapoly direct as the agency they used to deal with claims was useless, only to be told I had to deal with the claims company. After weeks of frustrating phone calls I was finally told I wasn't eligible. Was an absolute joke and would not recommend
