Great service from start to finish. We needed this bedroom carpets for upstairs bedrooms to match the hallway carpets. Unfortunately, the same carpet was discontinued but the Tapi salesman, Kenny, found one that matched perfectly. On fitting day, the fitters,Billy and Connor arrived when they said they would. They were friendly,efficient and tidy, leaving the rooms looking fantastic with the new carpets. Excellent customer service and you deserve the full 5 stars from me.

Beautiful carpet & excellent service. Big thank you to John in Cramlington Tapi. He went the extra mile and was able to get the exact carpets I wanted. Carpet recently discontinued but John was able to get it for me by contacting the supplier. I’m very grateful as he could have just said carpet no longer stocked. Vince the fitter did an excellent job. The carpet looks beautiful. This is the 3rd carpet from Tapi and I definitely recommend and will use in future. Thank you

Excellent experience from start to finish with Tapi Carpets Kettering. Nick measured up efficiently and professionally, and Tony did a fantastic fitting job. The shop were also kind enough to hold our order while we finished some plumbing work. Couldn't be happier with the result — will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Ian was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel pressured into anything. He helped me work out the the pros and cons of different options and was patient with me while I decided. Very pleased with the service, it made everything very easy. Good range of carpets to choose from. Fab.

Especially Rich from Yeovil branch who was very professional and tolerant of us twice changing our move in date and went above and beyond to ensure things lined up for us. Excellent customer service in store at fort Kinnaird Edinburgh. Friendly and made everything easy and convenient. Very fast delivery and fitter was extremely helpful and even went out his way to help move washing machine. Top class service. Would definitely recommend. Very satisfied with flooring.

Not had my carpets fitted yet but my customer service from Perry was excellent. He found what I needed carpet wise, and a price I was happy to pay, plus found a fitter who owed him a favour who would fit it on a Saturday. Thanks Perry and if I need carpet again I will swing by you first.

I went to the Tapi store in Pipp's Hill, Basildon. Lisa on the front desk was super helpful and really professional and friendly. She did me a good deal on new vinyl flooring and I thought the fitting cost of £70 was excellent. Matt came to fit it and he was really skilled and professional, he took time to get the gaps in the floor boards filled in and the room looks really good now. I recommend them for vinyl flooring and fitting.

It was nice to walk into a carpet retailer and be left to browse, yes we had the usual can I help you. But generally left alone to relax and browse. Eventually we picked a carpet were helped by Steve. It was a nice friendly and relaxed experience. By the way thanks for the tea and coffee. Carpet to be fitted early May. Cheers.
