Honestly, Tapfiliate has been a pleasant surprise. It just works. Growth through this channel has been significant over the years — and a big part of that is because the platform gets out of the way and lets creators do their thing.

I started the trial with Tapfiliate, then got charged with the first monthly fee. I decided not to use the platform, but then forgot to cancel, and then when I got my second charge, I contacted them and asked them to refund the 2nd charge.

They declined, saying that since it has been more than 2 weeks after my FIRST CHARGE, they wont refund any charges... But, they said in the email that they have paused my subscription. I also cancelled it on the platform, but it does not get cancelled automatically, just says somebody will be in contact regarding the cancellation.

But now, a month later, I got charged AGAIN. I logged in and I had to request cancellation AGAIN....

This is outrageous, such a shady way to operate a company

I am new to Tapfiliate since I signed up my spiritual start-up and business is slowly picking up. It is quite a load to set up, but what I absolutely love, is the service. I have question or mess up something, I usually wait like 15 minutes and I get help. Wow! I absolutely love them!

Had to enter payment details to view their product, they then charged my credit card for 3 months for a service I never used, they never sent a single email about end of any free trial, never sent me a contract or any invoices. Refused to refund me. Avoid!

Edit. I do not have an account so it is impossible to see the terms. Not sending the contract, trial ending email, any invoices at all, are all shady practices that a decent company would not engage in. Avoid.

Although we were initially unhappy, the customer service was good and our complaint was handled with care.

Stay away from this scam company. We never used their service for a single day and they have been charging us for months.

It's a month long battle where they charge our card.

Horrible company and a completely fraudulent group of people.

Stay away.

They keep disabling our domain when there is too much traffic.

We just launched our affiliate program, and this is greatly impacting how many people sign-up for any marketing efforts we make.

I don't know why, but they don't seem to have proper security in place and claim they are unable to handle the traffic.

Tapfiliate is one of the services which I can totally trust. I use it for tracking my performance as an affiliate on a platform where I offer mentoring services. It's a great tool for affiliate tracking and is easy to use.

Good backend and technical implementation, but in my payed dashboard I see every day the "beginners guide" which hides my data and destroys my workflow. Please remove it!

My case was pretty straightforward and I could easily use Tapfiliate for it. I did not need anything complicated, and was happy to find an inexpensive solution that has all the features. The setup was fast, support was able to answer our questions. We were not ready to launch during free 14 day period, and support added 2 more weeks. If you are looking to create a simple affiliate program, Tapfiliate would be the best choice. Looking at the features they offer, they seem to support more complex use-cases too.

For example, I wanted to add an additional process in my conversion funnel wherein I could record my sales in a separate google sheets form. This is made possible with Tapfiliate as they also have an app with Zapier, which is very handy to use and is able to solve many diffent use-cases such as my problem with google sheets integration.
