I finally received the watch after waiting for nearly a month. Credit where credit's due, the watch itself is fantastic — the design, material quality, and attention to detail surpass expectations for the price point. The strap could be better, though its replaceable.

A word of caution: The brand's customer communication is non existent. I reached out several times via email and tried to chat with customer service, but received no response.

James, the founder, should focus on company's communication channels. I understand it is a lean business with limited resources, but the complete lack of communication puts them at the risk of losing customers despite offering good products.

Watch didn't work and you failed to sort it

I really like the watch. It looks very nice. Time will tell as to how study it is. But so far, so good. Shipping was expidited very quickly. Well done.

Great looking watch, well priced, beautifully presented. Lasted less than 3 years, crown fell out, can no longer set the date and time, not worth the price of the repair - also on second strap, as the original one cracked and split after only moderate use. I can't give more the a 1 star rating given that it lasted less than 3 years. False economy - spend a bit more, or buy a more reliable established brand.

The watch itself has good quality, but the straps are absolutely awful. The one I got has all its glue undone, so I contacted customer support about it, but of course, they didn't get back to me after 3 weeks yet. I ordered an off-brand from Amazon

The watch does not keep accurate time and the company returns policy is so restrictive that once worn the watch can not be returned. I will not buy from them again.

watch arrived in very good condition pretty quickly. very nice watch. i would have liked the hour numerals to be bigger. But to me, 2nd only to max bill in terms of watch face. The back of the watch has a glass window, which in this aspect to me is better than the max bill.

Great classic design and look. Both bands fit great with the blue dial.

Very accurate wristwatch though having to change the date by hand each month with only 30 days something one needs to be aware of, otherwise I am very pleased with it.

Bought this gorgeous watch for my boyfriend and it’s absolutely beautiful. Very high quality. Love that the watch is self winding however it means resetting the time a lot almost every time you wear the watch but this then lasts all day. Design is beautiful. Delivery could be alot quicker as I was waiting for this Watch for quite some time

It took time, pun intended, but was worth the wait. Love the watch, will buy another one soon.

Six months since I ordered a watch. Still waiting for it. Founder of Tapferkeit, James, emailed me, asking me to cross my fingers and wait for an indefinite period for the watch to arrive.

The glass on my watch broke for some reason, flaw?
I got in touch explained what happened and within a month they sent me a new watch, can't get better service than that

Excellent watch but delivery took weeks and on top of the sales price there was still a quite considerable smout of VAT to pay. So in the en nog that cheap. The brand sounds German bug the watch is from the UK.
