It’s been over 6 mths and no product
You waste your time contacting them, to be sent false shipping details.

Absolute scam. Not even convinced it’s a real company. Items never arrived, promises made of replacements that never arrived. Charlatans.

Took a while to get, they answered my emails. The tapestries finally arrived, and I love them.

I ordered two tapestries for over $50 in early May. I never received them. They have another company handling some of this for them called Deal Ninjas. Between the two of them, they promised to send replacement tapestries that never arrived. I tried to get my money back and they said they showed that they were 'delivered' in their system - despite me telling them they never arrived. Very poor company to deal with. I would have accepted replacement tapestries - IF they were really going to send them. :-(

Not a tapestry. Very small. Stretchy/freyed material. Took 4 months to arrive.

I bought a bunch assuming these were actual tapestries. They are the cheapest prints on the lowest grade thin fabric you could find. It is a total rip off.

It takes months to arrive, you can’t return them (their policy is basically you pay for shipping back to China!!)

Do not buy from them. These should be sold for 95% off and their description should say that the material the print on is often frayed. I think this is the thinnest crappiest cloth I’ve ever seen. These are basically disposable pieces of garbage.

Not a Tapestry!
By definition, tapestry, is a thick textile fabric with pictures or designs formed by weaving colored weft threads or by embroidering on canvas. This is more like a polyester sarong or cheap print. Not worth price paid and definitely not original price! Colours were definitely not as vibrant as shown on picture! I ordered May 4 and received middle of July, much longer than expected. I would not have minded the extra time if accurate colors and material more in line with a tapestry!

Scam! Do NOT order from them or whatever variation of the name. I ordered months ago...they claim orders were lost and/or delayed 'due to COVID'. Do NOT waste your money on these unethical people.

Purchases an item for my daughter (the sun and moon. Received a small crappy clothe printed image. Was told the delay was due to each item being hand made upon ordering. It’s basically a bandana and NOTHING like what is advertised. Scammers! Requested a refund to no avail.

These guys ain’t honest!

These are a bunch of crooks. Don’t waste your time and money.
They sent me the wrong product and insisted it was what I ordered then said sales from this site are final, no refund, thank you for you understanding?
These are a band of thieves.
Keep away!
It is a shame Facebook allows such trash.

Please contact me honestly. This transaction has disappointed me I am eager to hear from you.

Ok, One of my updates wasn't published. I suspect that Tapestry Hut blocked it. So I will repeat that their domain is in Ottawa, Canada and their IP was blacklisted. They asked for my contact info, but never contacted me. I'm now messaging Facebook to remove them as a fraudulent ad. Also, it is very suspicious that after a lot mostly one star reviews they suddenly receive bunch of 5 stars reviews. If you have a little time then try to read the other reviews of those reviewers. All of them 5 stars reviews and some of the companies they are reviewing are the scammers like Tapestry Hut and desperately need to improve their rating. Also most of the reviewers who gave the scammers 5 stars are from Venezuela and India. Looks like one person wrote all of them. I wonder if they have the same IP address. Make conclusion yourself.

I really love this online store because the products they sell are very high quality and look great. Also this store has excellent customer service. I totally recommend Tapestryhut!
