location 1064

I parked in location 1064 near university hospital of north Durham, I had cash to use in this location I put £2 coin in the machine which got stuck, I could not retrieve it, I did not have enough cash to use another of their machines. I was trying to use the online service in the car park, which would not connect I had to leave a note on my dash board, as I was going to be late for my hospital appointment.
Once in the hospital I managed to log into their website and pay for my parking.
I then proceeded to email the company via their “contact us” option, to tell them of the issues as above, i also asked the company to reimburse my £2 that I had to leave in the machine.
I have had NO response from the company.

The company has a Google sponsored fake…

The company has a Google sponsored fake website - I was taken in by this and paid the parking charge together with the hassle of informing my bank etc etc - altogether a true headache - then I got a parking fine from the 'real' Tap2Pay - I have paid this to avoid escalating costs - I never intended to avoid paying for parking but was duped into paying the wrong guys

Great service

We installed Tap2park at our community centre car park a year ago, as we do not always have staff on site.
The sales support and service throughout has been excellent. Payment arrives promptly in our bank every month.
Our parking revenue has greatly increased since installing as previously only had a cash meter.
The red signs give a great impression of being monitored, I’m pretty sure people were chancing not paying before.
We’ve had a couple of complaints about the QR code not working, but every time I’ve subsequently checked with our phone, so believe it to be the customers network coverage being the problem.
Would highly recommend.
