Where has the rest of the money gone???
Ended up shutting the account with no further explanation as to wear the money invested had gone.
Please put your money in a proper bank account and keep it away from these thieves.
Tap please keep your response to yourself as getting through to a human was impossible. Corrupt company that’s for sure.
Invest in proper funds and stay well away from crypto it’s bad news.

I am extremely frustrated with Tap Global. My account has been frozen for 13 days now with absolutely no explanation. My funds are completely inaccessible, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I am getting nowhere.
Every time I contact customer support, I am met with a scripted "so sorry for the delay" and told that the case is with the "compliance team." However, the compliance team is completely unresponsive. There has been no request for additional documentation or any timeline provided for a resolution.
It is unacceptable for a regulated financial institution to hold a customer's money hostage for nearly two weeks without providing a single update or a reason why. If you value access to your own money, stay away.

I have been a loyal customer of Tap Global for many years and have passed numerous KYC (Know Your Customer) requests in the past without a single issue. There is absolutely no reason for my account to be flagged.
Despite this, I have been completely locked out of my account since January 27th.
Every time I try to log in, the app is stuck on a "Processing" screen claiming it can take "up to 72 hours." That deadline passed days ago. I am effectively blocked from accessing my own money.
To make matters worse, their support is ghosting me:
1. I have sent 3 separate emails to support.
2. I finally received one automated reply promising a response within "24 hours max." That was a lie. That deadline has long passed with zero follow-up.
Because I cannot log in, I cannot even access the in-app support. You have walled me off from my assets. Withholding funds from a long-term, verified customer without explanation is essentially criminal behavior.
Do not put your money here. If they can do this to a loyal user, they will do it to you.
Update: since posting this review my account has been reconnected and there are no more issues

I contacted Tap Global support for the first time on December 30, 2025 regarding my locked, fully verified Gibraltar account. As of January 12, 2026, I have received no response and no solution, despite several follow-up emails. I currently have funds in the account that I cannot access, which is unacceptable for a regulated financial service. The issue relates to an access code problem and requires a manual review, but support has been completely unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support and communication. I hope this review helps escalate the case and prompts Tap Global to finally address this issue.
Update (Jan 12, 2026):
Tap has replied publicly stating they cannot locate my account or prior support requests. I want to clarify that all emails were sent from the email address linked to my Tap account. I contacted support again today from the same registered email, but the account remains locked and funds are still inaccessible after 10+ days. This review will be updated once the issue is properly resolved.
Update (Jan 12, 2026):
Tap Support has now contacted me and restored access to my account, and my funds are available again.
I appreciate the resolution and the courteous response once contact was established. That said, it took several days to receive a reply, which caused unnecessary concern while the account was inaccessible. Clearer communication around support channels would have helped avoid the delay.
Issue resolved.

I’ve been a loyal client of Tap for many years and initially had an amazing experience, smoothly passing all KYC questions and queries. However, about a month ago, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation. All I’ve received are vague, generic messages from their support team stating that the “Tap compliance team is on it.” It’s been a full month with no meaningful updates or resolution!
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I can’t help but suspect that Tap might be freezing client funds for their own benefit. It’s simply not credible for a company to leave an account frozen for this long without providing any specific reasons or updates. Something has clearly changed at Tap, and not for the better. I strongly advise others to steer clear until they sort out their compliance and customer service issues.
Disappointed and frustrated.

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the £130,000 GBP transferred from my Barclays account to my TAP account on 20 August 2025. Despite providing all requested documentation promptly for verification of the source of wealth, these funds remain unavailable in my account after an unreasonable delay.
This prolonged hold on such a significant amount is abnormal and unacceptable. As a UK client, I expect timely handling of my funds and clear communication regarding any issues or delays.
I expect the funds to be credited to my account by the end of today. Should I not see the funds reflected in my account by then, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback, as this situation appears to be a deliberate attempt to withhold my money. If necessary, I will escalate the matter further, and both TAP and Clear Junction will be held accountable for any losses or consequences arising from this unacceptable conduct.
This company was introduced to me by a close friend. I find that the supporting team has been very helpful and great into looking to make the application and KYC process as pleasant and easy as possible . Tho not everyone is a technical gig, but ultimately they have been patient with me and guide me through.
I appreciate their promptness and looking into matters with a human eye. Unlike some platform who uses ‘robot’ behind the chats .
