Loving it. I have been working through the Certificate and NLP practitioner combined course and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Steve not only keeps it interesting and interactive but also thought provoking. My preferred style of learning has always been classroom based, but Steve has managed to create a classroom feel on line and its fab!!

Doing the NLP course with the Academy of Coaching and Training offered skills that have had a profound effect on me both personally and professionally. Steve Payne delivered the online course in such a unique and engaging way that really showed me how great online learning could be delivered and really set the bar high for any other online degrees. His acting background brings an element of drama and engagement to Steve’s delivery of content that really sparks passion and interest with the subject. I feel that teachers could really learn from watching Steves teaching style. We had breakout rooms to work in groups and he could come in and observe us whilst we worked together, so we could still be guided and offered help in group work even over a computer/zoom. The people I met on my course I will keep in touch with for the rest of my life. I made some very close bonds doing this course. This course is 10/10 and I recommend the NLP coaching diploma to anyway who wants to learn about coaching but also to anyone who just wants to boost their personal communication skills as well. It'll help you see the relationships of people around you and your self in a whole new perspective.

Life changing.
I came across Steve and NLP at a point in my life when I needed it most.
