TaoCBD is bad at communication but don’t give up

This company is extremely bad at communication but don’t give up. When I threatened to dispute my transaction via the contact option on their website the product arrived within 24 hours.

I had ordered my product on their website 3rd May 2025. The payment was taken from my credit card when I placed the order by Viva.com and this notification from Viva.com had all the details of my order. However I did not receive any confirmation of my order from TaoCBD nor any notification of the likely delivery date.
I waited a few days and then sent a msg via their website contact page. There was no communication. After 10days I sent another msg marked URGENT and said in 2 days I would dispute the transaction.

As there had been no communication I thought I had been scammed though their product was recommended by a contact of my son.

Anyway a good outcome for me but it could have been avoided with email or text confirmation of my order from the actual company I had ordered it from.

Myself and my mum have been using this…

Myself and my mum have been using this company for CBD oil and Vapes the past year and their products are very good. Always come in time and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend

Ordered on line over the weekend

Ordered on line over the weekend, parcel arrived Tuesday morning.
Very prompt delivery and very good product.

Absolutely love these people

Absolutely love these people - I've tried their tea bags which are fabulous and are the only thing that actually helps me sleep and their oil which has helped both me and my rescue pooch. Both arrived super fast and their after care is great too. They answered my questions patiently and are always friendly and helpful. Can't recommend Tao CBD enough.

No delivery and no response.

Order received after days late, will order again from them.

Ordered Thursday, with 24hr delivery, payment taken on Thursday, received email on Thursday stating order complete, it is now Monday, and no delivery.
At this time have contacted them twice through their website and have had no reply.
Not happy.
