Peter was a cut above any other agent we have encountered. He made the viewing process as easy as possible given we had a new baby, and always passed on feedback. My husband was the one who suggested using the TB team, and I’ll be honest, at first I was a bit dubious. I had been following them on Instagram and really liked what they did, but wasn’t confident that selling off market and utilising social media was going to be the right approach.. I was v wrong!

The filming and social content process was great, and really brought to life why we loved the house / area etc.

Peter was our primary point of contact, and kept us up to date on all milestones/ activities and viewing feedback. He always made himself available to speak, especially to reassure when I was getting nervous of the process. In the end the house sold for over asking so we were very happy!

When it came to progressing the sale, Samantha was on hand to help at every stage, providing updates and reassurance throughout. Like most house sales in a chain, it wasn’t always the most straight forward as the bottom of the chain has some unexpected delays, but we were always confident that Samantha was on the case.

We moved on the spur of the moment after falling in love with a house local to ours that Tanya and her team were marketing. After seeing how much hard work and effort she had put in to getting the house we were buying ready for sale, we had no hesitation in asking her to help us with ours.
