Clinic friendly.. translors to help...
Only downfall I felt 2nd appointment/ visit feels rushed from choosing teeth shape and having temps/mock made I had no more then 10 minutes to decide once fitted i think they shoud...give you alot longer after having no teeth for 4 months any teeth look the part until u look longer n closer .unfortunately for me I dislike shape and size ..I don't even like they way they have change the features round my mouth cheeks ...apparently my fault I aggreed at all stages
Maybe give paying clients a little more time to decide
After contacting offer to change for more or less of having the full procedure again from extemactions implants and the zirconia teeth..when all I need is them to remake top and bottom teeth ..how can they charge you the same ?

Update from previous review , I had my crowns redone somewhere else because the margins out , bite , front crowns all connected which I wasn't informed about , if people think this clinic is professional that's up to them , but it's a mixed bag depending if the staff like you and where your from , now my crowns are perfect but not thanks to this clinic

I do not recommend it. I had treatment at this dental clinic in September and it was terrible. I did not like the work they did. When I complained, they did nothing. They did not solve the problem and even told me it was my fault. The dentists and staff are very rude and unfriendly, and the customer service is terrible. Only Thuani was very helpful with me. Congratulations to her, she treated me very well. They do not ask you anything, they do it the way they want, it is a production chain. They have no respect for the customer. I know that each case is different, but my experience was horrible. I do not recommend it.

After Months and Months of researching Dental Clinics in Turkey , I finally found one , Ladies and Gentlemen , i would like to introduce you to
Tantalya Dental Clinic , located in Antalya , Turkey ,
of course i was apprehensive as anyone would be i suppose , as dental treatment abroad is like Russian Roulette , on arrival , i was picked up in a VIP vehicle , transfered to my Hotel which was great and comfortable, an hour later , i was at the clinic for the 1st of my 2 visits as i was having all on 6 treatment, i was consulted by the remarkable Havva the coordinator, who spoke perfect English i might add , the whole 1st and 2nd visits for my treatment was not only unbelievable, painless , as every one at the clinic made you feel comfortable , looked after and very relaxed , at the end i had exactly what i could wish for , a gleaming brand new set of teeth and a Hugh smile on my face , i can not thank them enough and praise all the staff there , absolutely brilliant and thank you very much for everything

I have just finished my treatment for all on 6 and I must say the way they look after me was second to none and the attention to detail was amazing I'm very impressed and happy with my treatment thank you guys so much I would highly recommend this company

This is an update on my original visit last April 2024. After returning to have a very badly fitted set of teeth replaced that broke in two after being charged for titanium bridges that were not fitted. I got what I thought were a reasonable looking but badly fitting set the morning of my flight home. I have since had to go to London to have them tightened costing more money. Now just over 1 year later and they have snapped a big chunk out of the top set. I would advise against using this clinic. They will reply on here and other review platforms saying how they will help and do anything to make things right. They actually refuse to help unless they can get more money. Unfortunately I can't load pictures of all the problems I've had but they are on social media

I went to Tantalya dental in September and December to get 3 implants and 14 crowns which I paid for. The crowns I got I didn't like it. It's too big and there is a huge gap. Then I decided to go to another clinic where I found out that in Tantalya I got only 3 implants and only 9 crowns. They hide all results. I messaged them and the answer from doctor Taha Hoca and translator Ceren was we will return your money. After couple months they told me delay because of Ramadan, then they couldn't return money from business account. Doctor Taha said he will transfer money from his personal account. One month since then they ignore me. The worst experience I've had in my life.

I went here for all on 6 in December 2023. I had 24 teeth removed and 12 implants put in, I was told I would get 28 crowns on my 12 implants. Which ment I would only have my wisdom tooth vacant. When I went back in the March they put only 24 teeth in and leaving me with lots of empty space at the back (where I'm ment to be eating) these (permanent) teeth broke within minutes. I questioned the 24 teeth and told them we agreed 28. When the next lot of permanent teeth came back, there was 28 teeth but these teeth where smaller and still only covered the same amount of space, leaving me with big gaps at the back. I was unhappy but I was told this is how they're going to be. I went home and within a month these teeth had broken. I informed the clinic and they told me I needed a report to get them fixed under the warranty. I had a nightmare trying to get a report off a dentist. The only place I could find willing to do a report wanted £450. Eventually after around 3 months the clinic agreed I could come back without the report. I went back in June and I was given the worst set of teeth I've ever seen, they don't look, act or feel like teeth, it's more like a mouth guard a boxer or rugby player would use. It's so big I now have a speech impediment and a lisp, my teeth sit infront of my gums all the way round, it feels awful and I bite my cheeks 2-3 times a week now which causes me constant pain and discomfort, i was invited for a forth trip to the clinic in December 2024 where I was told all my issues would be resolved, I was told they would make new teeth or shave some of the bits off where I was biting my cheeks. The dentist shaved a little bit off which cured nothing at all and I was told I had to pay for the hotel myself. Now I'm living with teeth that are worse than my original teeth and it causes me alot of depression and anxiety. So unfortunately I can't recommend this clinic.

Fantastic dental clinic.
I went for all on four implants upper and lower jaw as all my teeth had become lose due to loss of bone. They did a brilliant job. I had to have extra treatment and they never charged me anymore. They put me at ease from the moment of my first visit and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I’m so happy. I have a perfect smile again. Would definitely recommend

Terrible clinic. Unprofessional went for all on 6 top and bottom. No choice given just a bad fitting set of teeth. Had to return again after they broke in half. Couldn't afford to go elsewhere so got a second set of teeth just as bad. Had to pay own travel. Not even a year and so far bottom set came loose, got them tightened and found out abutments damaged when put in. Now top set has bits breaking off and becoming loose and need attention. Worst dentist in Turkey. Check out all fb turkey dental groups. Worst rated on every one....Do not go there .

I enquired about composite bonding with EDS and was given very detailed information by the lovely Esra, any questions I had she got back to me straight away. I felt very confident from the information given and reviews of this company and so glad I chose them! I was picked up from the airport by a lovely driver in a VIP car as promised and then dropped to an amazing 5 star hotel which was about 10 minutes from my clinic (Tantalya). The following morning again I was picked up by my driver on time and taken to start my treatment. Clinic was very clean and staff were brilliant and welcoming. My dentist didn’t speak much English so I had a coordinator named Jack who was able to translate, again a lovely guy who made me feel very at ease and is brilliant at his job. My dentist Dr Yunus was nothing short of amazing, ensuring I was happy throughout the process. I now have the smile I’ve always wished for! Thank you so much EDS and Tantalya, outstanding service and organisation 10/10!

Hi all this is a guy from UK. The reason i choose this dental practice is they do not bombard you with messages and explained everything very professionally. I am happy with my selection. Everybody here including drivers and coordinators very professional and friendly. Recommend 10/10.

Can't recommend enough!!! Wonderful clinic and lovely staff. They took care everything for us and even picked us up from airport and drive us to hotel and same again for return. Dentists taha explained every step and took care of my teeth.

I can’t express how thrilled I am with my new teeth! This has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from EDS Medical. Emma was fantastic, putting me at ease and addressing all my questions and concerns.

Upon arriving at Antalya Airport from the UK, my partner and I were warmly welcomed and transported to a wonderful hotel where we were well cared for.

At Tantalya Dental Clinic, I was greeted by Jack, who also served as my concierge. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

My dentist, Yunus Emre, is nothing short of amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and showed such genuine care. His attention to detail and precision were exceptional. The entire team at Tantalya and EDS Medical has been outstanding. Thank you everyone

I visited tantalya for the all in 6 treatment the dentist yunus erme was exceptionally professional and done an amazing job I'm over the moon with while jack who very friendly he kept us up to date with everything can't thank them enough for a great job
