Positive experience with Tanner Bolt
I am writing to share my positive experience with Tanner Bolt, particularly during my first bulk purchase. I recently had a customer with unrealistic lead times and expectations for a very large order.
What I appreciated most about Tanner Bolt was the quick responses I received when I had questions about my order. The customer service was truly amazing, and I believe that excellent customer service is a crucial factor in deciding whether to continue doing business with a company.
