Thanks to Adam who sorted out my heating oil delivery over the phone when website had a glitch.

I usually find tank toppers to be the cheapest for heating oil on comparison and I usually order online.. ...had problems though with online ordering this time,.. so called instead .. and so glad I did .. as has been said so many times before on here, Adam has to rate as one of the most knowledgable, professional helpful .. and fun, customer service people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! 10/10 !!!

I recently moved house and had no experience in purchasing heating oil, I had a bad experience with the first company I chose so thought I'd try Tank Topper. What a difference!! Excellent customer service and was able to talk to an adviser over the phone without any hassles despite Covid 19 restrictions in place.. unlike a competitor who's customer service was abysmal!
I'd reccomended Tank Topper and will be using them again.

Best price found, problem with card payment initially but spoke to customer service who were both helpful and happy.

This company is easy to contact and comes with very own human being to talk to rather than endless queues of automaton, which in this day and age is a complete joy. I've found this company to always be polite and helpful. Deliveries are always within the allotted time. I would definately recommend this company for their straightforward, down to earth approach and communications.

I've had several deliveries through Tank Topper over the last couple of years. They have always arrived on time - or before quoted date. Prices have always been highly competitive.

My oil arrived earlier than scheduled so I was delighted and tank topper are the cheapest oil supplier on the web. I've ordered about 10 times now and they're a first class service.
