I ordered lake green Muslim duvet cover and pillowcases the colour is beautiful, it's been on the bed a week and already has loads of pulls in the material, I worry for the cost it will not last long, it also has a faded line down it from where it was folded in the packaging, customer service doesn't seem to want to know because it is opened so how was I supposed to know quality without opening it, really disappointed because I looked at a lot of organic bedding and after careful consideration obviously made the wrong decision ☹️.
After customer service saying theyd look into it they came back with a lot of excuses including "Based on the review, this does not appear to be a manufacturing or product quality defect.
Our muslin bedding is crafted from natural cotton fibres and is intentionally designed to be breathable, lightweight, sustainable, and exceptionally soft. One key characteristic of muslin is its relaxed and airy weave, which continues to soften and become more comfortable with use and washing. Due to this delicate construction, the fabric can sometimes be more susceptible to friction from textured surfaces, jewellery, metal fastenings, Velcro, coarse fabrics, pet claws, or similar external factors."
This bedding has been on the bed a week , also they have dismissed the fact there is a faded line straight across the middle of it , so as above customer service are not interested once they recieve your money.

The quality of this product is amazing. Flat sheet has a very ample top fold hem, same goes with the pillowcases. Fabric hand feel is wonderful as delivered; looking forward to after the first cold wash. I'm sure I'll revisit the site for other colours...and any future sales.

I am so pleased with the bedding I have from Tangelos, such good quality. Fast delivery and help was available with any questions I had.

The duvet set was not great quality. It’s ‘pulled’ on the first use. I can’t see it lasting even 6 months and there are already threads hanging.

Love the duvet cover and slept better without having to wear bed socks!!

I recently bought bedding from Tangelos, and I’m honestly so impressed. The new muslin bed set is incredibly soft—exactly what I was hoping for. The purple color is really unique and looks amazing in my room.

For the price, the quality is outstanding, and everything feels really well made. Delivery was smooth, which made the whole experience even better.
