Absolutely disgrace of a taxi company, booked twice now an hour before taxi needed and both times no taxi turned up, first time made me 40 mins late for work the other saying the driver there on the app, not there and ring the office to be told “no they’re not there they are still in Hyde” thankfully was going to pay cash so could cancel easy, if you pick the option to pay by card and then cancel, even when it’s their fault they still charge you the fair and don’t refund your money! Honestly Tameside taxi’s are the worst taxi company in greater Manchester, if I could give them no stars at all I would

Pre booked a taxi to pick me up , taxi turned up but somebody else got in, absolutely shocking service, good thing I didn't pre paid for it . What ever happened to loyal customers, please don't use them

If I could give it a 0 I would. Used this company but never again. Arranged a cab and added in the notes small friendly dog, taxi driver would not take us 😡

My experience with Tameside Taxis was utterly disappointing. Despite booking a cab for a crucial pick-up from a Manchester Hospital for three people, two OAPs and one person in a wheelchair, the service provided by this company was abysmal. Promised a cab within an hour, we endured a painful wait of three hours, with no updates or courtesy calls. Their total disregard for customers and the contemptuous handling of our situation make them a prime example of woeful customer service. To add insult to injury, after three hours of waiting, they then cancelled the pick up. Avoid this taxi company at all costs unless you enjoy frustration, being lied too, being treated with total contempt and disrespect.
