Simply scammers.
Unfortunately, I only learned after purchasing that they were selling defective statues at the price of new ones. A very reliable source told me that they currently have warehouses full of these defective statues and need to sell them anyway. Obviously, customer service won't allow me to return the item, even though I immediately requested a return with evidence of the obvious defect, such as videos and photos. Do not buy from this site. They offer no warranty and if you get one of these pieces (and they have many), you've wasted your money forever.

I received my order in a shipping box—the box used to send the package through DPD—that was exactly the same size as the figure’s original box. There was no protective packaging such as bubble wrap or paper inside. Because there was no space for any protection, the shipping box was dented during delivery by DPD, which also caused damage to the figure’s original box.

On top of that, the figure box you sent me already had several issues: some parts were torn, a few areas were split open, and one of the corners was crushed.

This is unacceptable for a shipment from an official company. Proper protective packaging and quality control should always be ensured to prevent damage during transit and to avoid sending out damaged products.

Very good service and the delivery was super quick! I ordered 2 figures that came in very tightly packed so it can survive the travel from France to the Netherlands.

This isn't something I ever dreamed of finding on an EU store.

Nice to have a store in Europe but the shipping price is just awful, 30€ to ship??

My order was processed and delivered to Germany very quicky(2-3 working days). I also want to thank custommer support as I wanted to buy once specific figurine but it went out of stock the day before. Still, thanks to great cooperation from the support team they found a last item in warehouse and put it online right away so I was able to order it. Figurine was very well packaged so it arrived in perfect condition with no defects whatsoever.

I don't know how big their warehouse is, but for over 6 weeks they have been claiming my return hasn't arrived and they still need time to process it.
I was already puzzled when I wanted to send the return and was informed that it would take 3-4 weeks...300€ training fee paid
