Order placed with 3-5 days quoted for delivery. Order sat at confirmed and didn’t progress. Circa one week later I contacted them to be advised that the courier companies vans had their catalytic converters stolen so there was a delay. This wasn’t communicated to me, I had to chase them. A week later no update. Contacted them to be advised the courier company were moving warehouse so there was a delay. Again they didn’t contact me about any delay I had to contact them. A few days later I contacted them again to be advised that the items had now shipped and the courier company should have emailed and text me to arrange a delivery date. They hadn’t. Agent then booked in a specific date for delivery at which point I got the messages from the courier company. Courier company arrived on the allotted day and left all items packaged. It was supposed to be a delivery, unpack and rubbish removal service. When queried the drivers advised that isn’t what they were booked for despite the paperwork saying it was. All in all I accept that things can go wrong but absolutely terrible communication is why I have scored them so low.

Delivery was a complete nightmare- tried to deliver at 0630 am to a building site despite being told there was no one there until 0740 (Inverness) so they left!!!

I was looking for a particular set and got great advice from the sales associate who matched my requirements and recommended an option that would suit me. Delivery timely (to Northern Ireland). Unfortunately delivery expensive to here but that’s not unusual. Very pleased with the product and advice

Zac and the team at Talor are first class. They’ve gone out of their way and above and beyond for our garden furniture. It’s so nice to do business with a company with old school customer service principles; doing whatever they can to deliver a personal service because they really care about their customers. So many companies now are staffed by people just putting in a shift and it’s ‘computer says no’. That’s not the case with Talor. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We placed a large order for a range of Maze garden furniture items. The Maze products are very high quality and we’re delighted with them. The service from Talor was second to none.

From ordering to delivery, excellent service. Kept fully informed. We had to contact Customer Support as we were having difficulty with the rising table function. Prompt reply and problem solved. Excellent service

We bought the cover for our patio furniture it was easy to buy online, with fast delivery and a good quality product.

Very happy with purchasing experience from Talor Garden Furniture. A particular 'thank you' to Keira (apologies if spelt incorrectly) who was very helpful and patient during our telephone calls.
Furniture is of a very good quality and was delivered to Glasgow on the Thursday having only been ordered on the Monday - can't say much better than that at these challenging times (thank you to Epic Logistics for that).

Garden furniture arrived in good time, we had the premium service which was well worth the money.
There were a few issues, but it was sorted out in timely fashion by the customer service team.
Overall very happy with our garden furniture and the firepit is great for those chilly evenings.

I ordered my furniture with Zac over the phone as prefer to order with someone rather than online. His customer service was 5 star. He searched to get me the colour way that I requested. Talor furniture are lucky to have him. I have recommended to any one that will listen

Purchase was no problem at all. Delivery was something else. The delivery vehicle broke down which is just life. There was no communication after to tell me what was happening. Didn’t get delivery until 8/8/22 after ordering on 12/7/22. Punished for coming from Scotland as vehicle had to be filled before it would deliver.

Excellent customer service. Paid for the premium delivery and was definitely worth it. Had a couple of faulty parts but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Talor Garden Furniture and there delivery partners Epic Logistics.
