Disappointing and unhelpful consultation experience
I needed urgent legal advice and first paid 399 DKK for a quick consultation, which was later refunded when I was told the case required a full session at 3500 DKK. Feeling pressured by time, I agreed, expecting clear guidance and solutions. Instead, the discussion was unproductive, my legal questions remained unanswered, and no written follow-up was provided. I left feeling stressed and disappointed. Other firms have since offered more useful advice free of charge.

For a very simple matter
For a very simple matter, I didn't get any general advice instead they wanted me to sign up for their services. For 399 kroner and a 5 minute call I did not get anything out of it. Really disappointed

The feedback provided to me was legaly correct but not applicable in the real world, it was very text book application which would have caused me trouble if I went that route.
I suggest giving them a training on what is to be done in theory and what actually are the risk of applications

Worth the money!
I specifically requested to speak to someone in English and I was very pleased to hear a person with fluent English get back to me on the phone. Although my case was not complicated at all with a very simple answer, I was give clear guidance on what I needed to do next to resolve my case out of court. It was a highly stressful situation that was resolved in minutes and life was good again.
They called right on time and highly professional! So definitely 5 stars and highly recommend for a place to get help.
