I purchased the date night combo and I am really disappointed with the scent after washing and line drying my clothes. I loved the fact that are eco friendly etc but I would expect more scent. Very disappointed probably won't purchase again.

I am very new to Tallow + Ash, I am currently working my way through the sample scents and honestly I can’t work out which one I love the most! Each scent is just as gorgeous as the one before.
Would definitely recommend x

After a little blip and me getting annoyed it was quickly sorted out by their fantastic customer support.ive never dealt with a customer support like them.they were so quick at sorting things.
I told them how upset I was at not receiving my order after a month.as they pointed out they thought id received it,but a mix up with delivery was easily sorted
I love their products and they are the loveliest smelling things I've ever used.i am definitely now going to set up a monthly order,that way I won't run out of my favourite washing products.anyone that's never used Tallow Ash washing liquids and conditioners give them a try they are all animal friendly no nasties included in the making of thes marvellous products 😀

I absolutely love Tallow and Ash products. They have just brought out a fabric spray in my favourite fragrance summer fling and it’s incredible. The fragrances are sublime just like perfume and whenever I smell clothes that have been washed in normal washing powder they just smell of chemicals to me now.
I have gifted a few summer fling sets to friends who have all become obsessed as well! I also contacted Customer Service recently and it’s probably the best Customer Service I’ve come across- the response was immediate and fantastic. Thank you, tallow and ash for making such wonderful projects- it has turned a boring job into something I don’t mind doing it all as I get constant wafts of a beautiful the wonderful summary fragrance.

This was my second order. I had done the 6 sample pack first and decided on full bottles of Oud and a few boosting elixirs. One of them had leaked in transit and they quickly worked to process a replacement. So far, great scents and great service!

Amazing products I’ve been using for years now and the customer service team always goes above and beyond to help! And quick responses on days and times even when you don’t expect it!

Been using Tallow & Ash for a few years now and I’ve never had a reason to look elsewhere. It’s the whole ethos really, you can just tell they actually care about what they’re doing and that means a lot. The smells are gorgeous too, properly gorgeous, not that fake overpowering stuff you get everywhere else. And they’re always coming up with something new and interesting which keeps it exciting. Lovely brand, lovely people, can’t fault them. Keep doing what you’re doing!

The best customer service team ever! I placed an order on a Saturday evening, I ordered the wrong items due to trying to multitask, I emailed them and had a response and edited order in no time at all. Amazing, highly recommend! Thank you so much ❤️

Great response to my order issues. The courier for some reason returned the order before I could even get it :( was really looking forward to my items. I got in touch with Tallow and Ash and within less than an hour I got an email to let me know what had happened, apologising for the issues (delivery courier’s fault) and resending my order. I know I will have to wait longer for it but do appreciate the company’s efforts to deal with it in a timely manner.

Tallow Ash - laundry luxury! Beautiful scents, impressive bottles ( which you can re use for pretty storage ) imaginative scent combinations, divine but not overpowering.Nothing nicer than a fresh billowing washing, gently blowing in a Summer breeze! ( Sigh! ) Tallow Ash makes a chore a joy! Treat your bestest towels to a SPA DAY!

Honestly the best smelling laundry detergent and conditioners on the market .. the duvet days in particular is so strong and amasing smelling we even baught the fabric spray for the house and everytime someone new visits it is complimented. It's also one spray/scent i can say it have never went "nose blind" too it lasts for days . You won't be dissapointed in the products we have baught nearly all the scents , the stain pen and stain remover powder lol

Love these products, they smell so good & wash well even on 30 or a cool wash, clothes & bedding smell so fresh!
One of the products had unfortunately leaked in my last delivery, but a replacement item was despatched straight away for me, so I'm very impressed with the customer service.

Really good customer service and the products are lush and so good for sensitive skin and smells great. Really easy to use and delivery is good timing

I'm a return customer and I'm very glad I stumbled upon Tallow + Ash. They managed to make laundry day fun and something I'm actually looking forward to. Plus their customer service is efficient and very kind, which is always a plus. I have tried several scents to date but Date Night is my favorite so far!

honestly can’t recommend Tallow & Ash enough. Their customer service is absolutely amazing — so helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference. And the products? I’m completely obsessed. Everything smells incredible, feels luxurious, and has quickly become a staple for me. Safe to say I’ve developed a bit of an addiction (the good kind!) because once you try them, you’ll want more. Such an amazing brand from start to finish!💜💜💜💜💜
