They don"t care about the customer experience
I like the service. You can take charge of your healthcare. Reg insurance is way more expensive and doesn't cover anything until you are a couple grand out of pocket. What I don't like are the people who you have to deal with. They are not focused on you. For example, every time you want an appt they ask you to list out all your meds even though that info is in your record. Same with pharmacy. They ask for name and address every time instead of just checking your record. What prompted this review is my request for an ent for a chronic sinus infection. The dr noted I need an ent if the meds didn't work. So I requested an ent. They set me up with the same dr who could do nothing but say I need an ent. Their lazy customer service claims I didn"t ask for an ent. They had the nerve to "thank me for understanding" that they would not be accountable for their f-up. Their system needs a lot of work and customer service training.
