Absolutely disgusting behaviour rang to talk to frank! THERE IS NO FRANK!! My mate is heading to hospital now due to unfortunate circumstances and I rang a second time but again got hung up on honestly I do not advise anyone to contact this service you will not get help!!!

Disgusting behaviour from staff those who are working should not be paid. Going through withdrawal and have to deal with attitude problem. All I asked for was a name and got hang up on. Should be fired will never use this service and would advise anyone not to bother

site is full of misinformation
this site is just a propaganda tool. it brushes over the serious, life destroying effects of pharmaceuticals such as diazepam and uses current political standards instead of scientific information to determine the data given to people who potentially need the help.
this is a great website for those who want to make their lives worse or those that want to throw their lives away to legal drugs given out by doctors. other than that you are literally better off getting drug information from the dealer on the street corner.

My brother has serious issues and talk to frank is suppose to help those going through addictions, anyway my brother rang him up think he was trying to get help while under the influence He told frank he felt he had cotton balls in his mouth frank didn’t listen
No frank hung up
seriously frank I won’t call you when I’m on xanax an need help
So my advice to anyone whose getting high DONT TALK TO FRANK... he’s getting high himself
