The website is easy to navigate. Changing therapists is easy too. I love my therapist, she is exactly what I need in this transition phase of my life. I have felt the most safe and free with my current talkspace therapist than ever before.

Customer service sucks and never available they charged me several times for one session that is only supposed to be $25

I’ve had a great experience with both a therapist and a psychiatrist for meds. They are both fantastic. What I really like about it is that you can text them anytime you have a question or concern.

My therapist is great and super easy to talk with. I greatly appreciate his support.

My work with my therapist has been really great. They give me some solid practices that help me work through the challenges I've been encountering. We talk about the details and they help me to identify some things I've struggled to notice, along with how to go about them in new ways. Carrying the advice into my day/life I've been able to find the confidence to confront the things that have been troubeling me and to find the ways to bring more satisfaction into my personal experience.

I have had more issues with this platform than any other platform that I’ve ever used so in the middle of me having sessions the application will refresh and then I have to get back into a video and if it’s towards the end, then it’ll just cut me off. I had issues with my insurance apparently you weren’t supposed to use insurance you were supposed to use something else on a resource page and because I didn’t use that it wasn’t free so I ended up having to pay for it and then when I did use the free application, it got so screwed up that I didn’t get my free sessions and basically y’all told me that oh well so maybe working with your clients that use this application may be a better scenario than just telling him your shit out of luck it left a bad taste in my mouth…
Most of the people on here really don’t seem to give a crap about your well-being. I’ve met two that seem like they’re pretty decent. One was very passive aggressive though so I ended up having to go with someone that will actually call me out.
I did a gene test with you guys and y’all were supposed to do a pre-authorization before we did the gene test and didn’t so then I got that left in my lap and I had to take care of everything. I sent in a ticket about it and it didn’t get resolved. I basically had to try and resolve it on my own.
I just have not had a good experience..
My therapist doesn’t know how to do any of the background stuff on her end to make any of the corrections, the passive aggressive gal that I had before at least new more about that so that when I came into issues this time I knew a little bit
But I think it’s wrong that if someone cancels their appointment six minutes after the cut off that you completely take away their credit and don’t allow them to get their therapy that they need. I think that is absolutely disgusting.
If my insurance didn’t use this company I would not be using you. Period.

My experience with Talkspace was extremely disappointing and, frankly, concerning from both a financial and clinical standpoint.
I was billed for services that should have been covered by my insurance. When I reached out to have these charges reviewed and refunded, I was told the process could take up to 90 days, which is an unreasonable timeframe given the circumstances and lack of transparency around the billing error.
More importantly, I experienced significant adverse side effects from medications prescribed through their platform. There appeared to be a failure to adequately review my existing medical conditions before prescribing, which raises serious concerns about patient safety and clinical oversight.
Customer service was consistently poor. Responses felt scripted, unhelpful, and dismissive of legitimate concerns. At no point did I feel that my health or well-being was a priority.
Overall, my experience left me with the strong impression that Talkspace prioritizes revenue over patient care. I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend this service to anyone.

I made an appt with a therapist for driving anxiety and after 5 minutes, she told me she didn’t know anything about driving anxiety and couldn’t help me. I was charged for the visit for absolutely no reason. Never had a session. Company said basically “ too bad” scam company

I feel like my therapist is out of touch with the youth and does not really understand what Gen Z is going through right now on a social and cultural level. I like her for keeping in touch with me and sending me positive vibes, but I wish she would relate to me on a Gen Z level

I had trouble getting back into my account. I tried for days before my scheduled appointment with a person named Angela. I guess she’s called the provider. I made several attempts to reach out through email to Talkspace to cancel this so they would not charge me for missing it never were they able to cancel it for me. I was never able to get back into my account. They never helped me get back into my account and Angela charged me for missing the appointment even though I had tried canceling for days and days before do not trust Talkspace they are terrible.

It has thoroughly helped me better understand where I am struggling and how I can understand how to better deal with those things. It has been so great and I continue to look forward to my sessions.

My counselor creates a space where I feel heard and supported, while also guiding me to reframe how I interpret situations. Through this process, I’ve developed practical tools to challenge and change negative thoughts about myself.
I’ve also begun to approach conflict differently. Instead of internalizing it, I take a step back and consider whether the disagreement may stem from differences in values rather than personal shortcomings. This shift has helped me respond more thoughtfully and with greater self-awareness.
I’ve made a conscious effort to practice self-reflection, which has allowed me to recognize my own growth. While I still appreciate external validation, I am learning to find genuine satisfaction in my own actions, thoughts, and progress without relying on others’ approval.
