I consider myself an experienced landlord, having renovated several properties, some were rented, others sold as flips for a profit.

While looking for additional properties to invest in, it dawned on me that those properties I couldn’t complete due to various reasons, that I could source to others and charge a fee for proffessional services.
All I needed was to get learn, become compliant and add another string to my bow. I wanted to scale my relatively small portfolio and be in property full-time.

I already had a property network, power team and a mentor specialist in property who is a great asset. Now, I needed to advance with Deal Sourcing.

In the past, I have paid a small fortune to various large UK property training companies and learned that very few really support you. This perhaps because they are too large, more based on stacking student numbers, therefore less 1-2-1 responses and less interest in those needing more help to achieve my Deal Sourcing goals.

I believe in investing in my property education & self development.

I have paid and attended 3 specific Deal Sourcing courses with big companies, I was not impressed, nor in my option were they value for money. There’s too many out there and you need to do thorougher due diligence.

Also I noticed their training staff often changed. On investigation, one of the reasons was the hard sales pitch, “extracting money by advising signing up to a credit cards when the people were short on money” (Quote from one former Director of Training at a well known company, There’s no requirement to name the companies, but find yourselves a solid match.

I searched long & hard for the right Deal Sourcing training, the right team who were hands on, talked the talk with evidence at Companies House that they were the real deal.

I didn’t receive a hard pitch from Property Launchpad, both parties interviewed each other to ensure it was a correct match.

The online classroom teachings are clear, all support with text, voice, video, attachments aides. It’s easy to learn, set out week by week so that you can progress at your own pace.
Nothings for free, there is a cost, more an investment in yourself. The price is very fair compared to stupid sums like others at £15-18K?

Whenever I had questions, between Mike, Shaun & Vijay, they all replied, answered and assisted me to get over a hurdle. Straight talking, no BS, in their own rights subject matter experts. It’s great having three mentors who you can ask in their own expert experiences.

The saying "If you want to succeed, you have to put in the work" emphasises that success is typically achieved through hard work and dedication. It implies that without consistent effort and labour, achieving one's goals and aspirations becomes significantly less likely.

Property Launchpad provides the learning platform, the mentors provide the knowledge beyond training demonstrating and providing the places to look, the templates, social media adverts etc.
We then have to take ACTION.

Previously, I wasn’t pushed, accountability was mentioned but not followed through. Every student learns differently, I felt more of a number.
At Property Launchpad, I see other students before and after my start date achieving so much in a short time which only inspires me to make a success of my own goals. This even motivates me more to call myself a Deal Sourcer and become compliant.

I’ve seen Property Launchpad students with different experiences pick up the training and make great progress. For some it’s to become financially free, leave their mundane job, spend more time with family, travel becoming more self reliant or for other reasons.

If you follow the program, stick to it, ask questions, take action you will succeed and become a Deal Soucer.

The mentors are doing what they said they would do, I am now taking action, working through the training, attending the weekly calls, learning from other students, sharing my own experiences / knowledge and am seeing progress and results.

You invest in yourself, the mentors at Property Launchpad also dedicate real time with you and they do make you accountable. The rest is up to us as individuals.

Like anything in life, you have to commit to participating and work on yourself to make progress. Property Launchpad provides all the tools in a conducive environment that is proven.

You can become a Property Sourcer / Sourcing Agent / Deal Packager.

I joined the course in January and proceeded to go through the learning materials and the course and it has been so enriching. The knowledge that I have now gained about property investing and sourcing and the provision of material I have access to is amazing but above its the support of the mentors that is always available via the group calls and also they welcome messages into their inbox. A very friendly and helpful team who are always on had to help and guide you in your journey.

The contents of the classes are very valuable, easy to understand. The guide materials are also very unique and helpful and finally, the live coaching sessions are good, done a relaxed atmosphere but, informative with on the go useful contents. The mentors are much more available and willing to help answer any questions or guide one through things, than I ever thought was possible.

Reluctant at first but the training and efforts of the mentors plus the community have been great thus far.

I have learnt some great things.... things i didn't know. So im grateful for the opportunity and the knowledge provided.

Wow, it's only been a few months that I have been with Property Launchpad and it's by far the best course I have come across. The level of detail that has gone into the course is unreal. The community is amazing as we all support and encourage each other. The mentors Vijay, Mike and Shaun have been absolutely amazing, so supportive and the amount of knowledge all three of them bring is so inspiring.
My only regret is that I did not do this sooner! For anyone sitting on the fence, DON'T this is the best course out there. The value is out of this world. As you can tell I would highly recommend it.

Been with The Property Launchpad for a few months now. The course is good value for money for the support and guidance you receive.

A bit of a rocky start due calls being cancelled so I reached directly to one of the mentors who handled my query and concerns immediately, I was late joining the call as well so I do appreciate them making the time and accommodating me. Yes there were hiccups but that’s expected for a new set up, anyone in business already should know that.

Vijay checks in regularly to see how everything is going, the coaching calls are excellent and the individual support for everyone that attends is invaluable.

Attended the first meet-up networking event which was great. Lovely team at Property Launchpad, look forward to working with them to achieve our property goals.

A thoroughly thought through & an immensely well structured course set over a span of 12 weeks, incl. A vast wealth of knowledge plus an abundance of tools & resources all at the reach of your finger tips!

It is absolutely amazing & tremendously beneficial for all of us whom have joined The Property Launchpad to have 3 mentors who are true experts in this field in their own right!

As much as I want to keep The Property Launchpad all to myself! =D...If you want to have a successful career within the property sector, this is the course for you!

Halfway through Launchpad and already gained so much. The course breaks down complex processes into simple, actionable steps. Perfect for beginners and pros alike—highly recommend!

The only “problem” with Talking Houses is that their properties sell really fast — and now I understand why! From start to finish, they were professional, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process.

Every step was clearly mapped out, and what really impressed me was how accurate all their figures were — from the refurbishment costs to the revaluation and expected rental income. No fluff, just facts that actually delivered.

The refurbishment was completed to a high standard, and we had a tenant move in just 10 days after the project was finished.

If you’re looking for a hands-off, hassle-free property investment experience, I can’t recommend Talking Houses enough.

First impression were good but after more time has passed, I genuinely believe I have joined a great community to help me achieve my goals which were outlined at the very beginning during my 1-2-1.

The content and material is vast and it’s easy to see why as it’s being created by the founders who have abundance of knowledge and it’s laid out in a very meticulous & structured way.

The regular evening calls is great for connecting with other like minded individuals and gives me a sense of belonging to a great community where everyone wants to see each other grow.

I just wish I joined a few months earlier and had the wealth of knowledge that I do now, before I purchased my first BRRR, where I have had to learn some expensive lessons.

The course far surpasses any other courses available.
It is well structured, and methodical. Each week of lectures ends with a checklist to complete to ensure you don't get lost in the wealth of knowledge and get overwhelmed. The team of Vijay, Mike and Shaun are highly successful in their own right, and the experience they have is worth far more than the fees you pay you join. I would have paid 5 x what the course cost if I had the inside knowledge of what you gain from this course. I was worried about the investment in the course, and worried about whether it was another course promising the earth, but this truly delivers.
The team at Property Launchpad are unlike any other. They are on hand in the community group at all times - I have posted late at night and had an answer to my question by the time I have woken up in the morning.
Still reading this review and wondering whether it really is worth it? Don't hesitate - ask yourself whether if by paying that fee, you could truly replace your 9-5 job. If the answer is yes, then just do it! It will be a day you look back on and realise you changed your life the day you paid the course fee!

I am really enjoying this course. My knowledge in property has grown so much and the support from the mentirs is invaluable. If you really want to learn i would 100% recommend this course. Yiu can go st your own pace and ask as many questions as you need as the mentors are so keen to support you.

I’ve just completed Week 6 of 12 and I am absolutely thrilled I took the plunge and joined this community. The key highlights in summary for me are:

- A clear and methodical learning framework with realistic timeframes

- An A-Z suite of templates from deal analyzers to contracts, all incredibly detailed and again clear

- Round the clock access to both the community of other students AND of course the mentors who are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, motivating, supportive and challenging (in a good way!)

If I could give this ten stars I absolutely would.

I was a bit skeptical at first to join this mentorship programme (due to bad experiences with different companies in the past), however I'm so happy I decided to.

I can't recommend this program enough! the content is incredibly in-depth, covering everything you need to know with expert - level knowledge shared by all three mentors.

Vijay is a great guy, he responds to any questions you have quickly and provides thorough answers, which has been invaluable.

The mentors and the community are kind and supportive and genuinely want to see you succeed.

A group of successful mentors with vast knowledge and expertise in the property field. Easy to understand platform and a great forum to allow to expand your own knowledge for those wanting to launch a career in property. A very good place to start.

I signed up for the property launchpad 7 weeks ago and I must say I’m very impressed. I’ve previously done another one which cost a lot more and I got nowhere with it that’s how I know what The Property Launchpad have created is unique and the mentors actually have in-depth extensive experience.

The knowledge Mike and Vijay have is fantastic, I’ve messaged Mike directly for pointers and help and he’s gotten straight back to me too.

I knew about the property launchpad as I’ve dealt with Mike in the past so I knew he was a expert in his field.

I’m excited to complete the rest of the course as I’m learning every week. If you’re thinking about it just sign up. I wish I’d done it sooner!

Halfway through the course and really enjoying it ! You get three highly experienced mentors supporting you all the way .
The training is so well thought out and structured in a way i don't think it would be possible to fail after it .
The weekly zoom calls are so positive and scheduled on an evening making it easier to attend around other work commitments .
I have been on other property courses and they really just do not come close to the information and knowledge you will get from this one .
Looking forward to completing the second half and seeing what the future brings , really grateful to be a part of it .
