Heartbroken Wife
Had a heart location necklace made for my wife for Christmas, less than a year later after following the advice for wear and care the necklace has discolored and turned grey. She cannot wear it now. This piece was expensive for the quality that I received. Very disappointed and my wife was so heartbroken she didn’t even want to show me or tell me.

Disappointed
Disappointed, the bracelet didn't look anywhere near as good as the design when ordering. The orientation of coordinates, in my opinion, are the wrong way around. I would assume the map would be viewed as if looking at a watch on the wrist. Customer service didn't want to know, insisting the bracelet was right. Wasn't cheap, would definitely NOT recommend.
