The quality of the necklace wasn’t great and shipping took a long time.

I think it is obvious that Talia Sari provides a very distinct product, as every piece is unique and tailored to you or your loved one's favorite place. Having received mine, I am also very satisfied with the overall process.

The ordering process was simple, the communication with the map designers was convenient and fruitful. We improved the map in three iterations, each of which took a day and fully reflected my wishes. The end result is great, the gift box is also very pretty, and the overall build quality is very good. Delivery to the EU (Germany) took only three days, even though I used just the basic shipping option. Customs were cleared by FedEx, the total fee was about 8% of the order value, which seems fair (and was payable online via PayPal).

Overall I am very happy with the simple way to obtain such an unique gift, and can highly recommend it.

I found an ad on Instagram for this unique and interesting jewelry piece. Our 30 year anniversary (Valentine's Day) was coming up and I decided to use the location of our first meeting as the basis for a large silver pendant. TaliaSari stated that the piece may not be fabricated by Valentine's Day but I went ahead. Sure enough the item came in on time and my wife loved it. It is unique and beautiful. Thank you for an excellent and one-of-a-kind gift.

The item was designed and ready for proof very promptly. The shipment was initially delayed (lost) bus TS went above and beyond to resolve the issue and get the necklace to me on time.
