Very Bad Experience

I ordered a necklace from Talia Rae website. I received it on 18th December 2023. I returned it on 21st December. The necklace was delivered back to their warehouse on 23rd December 2023. But i didn't received refund yet. i sent so many emails but nothing happen.They are not able to verify they received it. Courier Company confirmed that they delivered it and its received by them. I sent so many emails but nothing happened. still waiting for my money to be refund. The quality is not good and their items are over priced. Very bad customer service. Never Ever going to buy anything from this website. And not going to refer anyone to get something from this business.

Becareful if buying a gift!

I bought a necklace as a gift for Christmas however when I gave the gift it was unsuitable. I am unable to return the necklace as it is outside the 14 day returns policy. The company doesn't appear to have an extended returns policy to cover christmas gifts. So I wouldn't buy anything for a gift from them. Their communication isn't very good either. I've had one email reply and then I appear to be getting ignored. Sent various Facebook messages too.

A Christmas gift.

I bought a lovely gold necklace with matching earrings for my wife this Christmas.
The wording in the box was perfect, as was the display case it came in. My wife loved her gift and the wording accompanying it. I'm glad I chose the display case as it came with its own internal light. The perfect finish.

Utter shambles

Paid extra for the fancy wooden box for my wife's necklace I got for her birthday, the box arrived damaged after reaching out on the only contact they have being email, got 1 email from them asking for proof of damage sent it in and haven't heard anything back utterly poor customer service! SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY LOCAL!!!

Worst Experience, DONT BUY

Worst Experience. NEVER USE IT AGAIN, and will not recommend it to anyone else. I have ordered a necklace for my wife birthday and even opt out for express delivery to get it early, which according to their website takes 1 or 2 working day, but never got it. Its been more than two weeks since I am waiting and my wife birthday has already passed, so there is no point even if I got it now. £60 goes to waste. There is no order number or any way to track my order. I emailed them, and they said I order on friday after working hours, so i wait for another 2 working days and now its been two more weeks.

Item has never arrived

Item has never arrived. After providing a picture of my door and "proof of delivery" which didn't match it, got blanked. Robbed of £70.

Edit: no, it was not delivered to the address provided. The only one difference was a flat nr which was not specified. I would love to post a "prove of delivery" which doesn't match provided address at all. Kind regards

I bought a necklace for my daughter's…

I bought a necklace for my daughter's upcoming birthday it stated that it was white gold but the hallmark which was silver, I sent Talia-Rae an email regarding this because this was false advertising. They did email me back and told me that it was silver with white gold on top therefore this shouldn't be advertised as gold.

Upon delivery you claimed some of these items were missing we took you at your word for this and immediately shipped the items you said were missing from your order via 24 hours service which we have proof of delivery for that next working day. We are unsure how else we could have resolved this situation any quicker. I can also see we have emails from you were we communicated the replacements were sent and you thanked us for our communication.

Excellent company

My husband bought me a necklace for my birthday it's beautiful & I was so pleased with it I bought the matching earrings with some birthday money I was given, the earrings arrived within 3 days but on inspection there was a stone missing I emailed Talia Rae who answered within minutes & asked for a photo to be emailed to them which I did & this morning I have received a replacement pair of earrings. Excellent customer service as well as beautiful jewellery

I didn't receive the necklace I ordered on the 28th December despite numerous messages and emails a lot which were ignored I made a claim through PayPal to get a refund I have no idea how this business is still going they don't tell you the truth.

The item I bought which I paid £72 for was fine. However, the gift bag which was £3.75 had a tear in it and so I contacted the supplier who refused to refund the £3.75. All I can say is make your own judgement on this company ?
