Absolutely pleased with the prices
Absolutely pleased with the prices, availability and delivery times. I prefer books in english so for me is a great place to get them in very decent prices. I highly recommend it! :)

Satisfied customer
I am very happy with the Filofax I bought from Tales.dk - it arrived exactly as described and in good condition. The price was also very agreeable. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but it was always possible to follow the progress of the package, and considering the package was sent from outside Denmark the time it took to reach me was acceptable.

Your service was good and you kept me informed about delivery of my book. Can I suggest that you tell customers how the book will be delivered I.e Royal Mail or the name of the courier. I got texts from Royal Mail and reported them as spam!

Still waiting....
I place an order on May 1st, which was also corrected on my ask and taken care of very quickly by customer service. However since, nothing has happened.... still waiting 30 days later... the original delivery time was 4-7 week days.

The book looks really great
The book looks really great on the outside. But inside it is printed with very little space from the edges.
Also, for some reason it wasn't delivered on time so I didn't get to read it in my holiday. After that it didn't even matter how long it was delayed.
However, the customer service was really helpful and helped me out with the delivery method so it wouldn't be left in front of my door until I got back home.

The free trial was not registered…
The free trial was not registered correctly when I used their website to buy some books. They answered promptly and fixed the error. Now I am waiting for the books to arrive - seems like a solid company.

Incredible value
Incredible value. Given that the rrp was £79.99 how can i complain at paying £31.48 inc pnp? It was so thoroughly packaged that there was little chance of it ever being damaged during transit and it arrived early to boot: brand new exactly as described. This is probably one of the best purchases i have ever made online.

Cancelled the order as stated no longer available. Book is still for sale on site. Money taken from bank. Avoid at all costs.

First of all, payment is never completed until the order is shipped to the customer, so stating the money was already taken is false.
The book is no longer available on our site, however other versions might be (the book you ordered as paperback is still in stock as hardback copy)
