Hi, I have never received my package and I’m not getting a refund even though it was send back to them.

I still haven't received my order and it has been way longer than the squad time of 2-4 days. Where is my order and when can I receive it. I'm currently out of country for vacation.

Its been more than 10 days I have not received my parcel

1 star is too much for them!!
Firstly, i recieved my parcel and didnt look like whats shown on their website
secondly, they take your money...and its HISTORY!!
i asked them for a refund since they didnt have the sizes i wanted...and its already over 1 month and still didnt get my money back!!
Thirdly, They DONT even reply to your emails, so customer service is crap.
BUT...getting spamed by their OFFERS on a DAILY basis!!
suing them is the next step cause i have no more patience

Did not receive my package so far.
Emailed them and contacted them through contact form on their website, no reaction.

They get your money and stop replying to your emails.
I have been waiting for a parcel for three weeks and no one is replying to me anymore since they got the payment
Worst service I have ever received
I just seen their quality is awful too apparently
They asking for me to email them I have sent a bunch of emails and nothing!

I have ordered and paid for 190 € worth of jewelry since April 17th. We are April 30th and still nothing delivered.
Nobody is answering mails. Their DHL partner is not helping nor is their Belgian transport partner. Nobody can tell me where my order is or when it wil deliver!!!!!! I feel I have been robbed.

The products are not looking like as its displayed on the website, the real goods are a lot smaller, and the quality is also not good it looks and feel cheap. I received the items on 7th of December, I send them back on 8th of December and I have the proof that it was delivered back to Talaya Germany on the 11th, it is the 21st of February and I still didnt receive the refund yet!! Its a shame that you are selling religious goods but you dont even bother to be honest and fair towards your customers. I received the comment on my review to send an email to resolve issue however they have never replied to any email. Scam!!
