For 2 months I have not been refunded my QR115
Talabat stole my money when they took payment but my order to talabat mart was not successful so it got cancelled but of course, they still took payment, ironic.
Every agent that I spoke to was useless and no one actually did anything to help me out.
Worst app til date
These kinds of issues have happened several times, but this is the first time where they did not pay me back.

Today, I placed an order at 7:14 PM (Order Number: 3554191947) from Al Maya Supermarket. At approximately 8:15 PM, a Talabat driver contacted me asking whether I had received my order. Shortly after, I received another call from your call center agent asking the same question, to which I clearly responded that I had not received anything.
Despite this, there was no proper update or resolution provided. Around 8:45 PM, I received a call from one of your agents, Seraj Ahmad, who informed me that the order would be canceled due to “technical issues.” His tone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he abruptly hung up the call without offering any assistance or apology.
This level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced such issues while ordering through Talabat. Repeated delays, lack of coordination, and poor customer service reflect very badly on your company.
I strongly urge you to take strict action regarding the behavior of your agent, Seraj Ahmad, and to seriously review your service quality. At this point, Talabat has become one of the most unreliable platforms I have used. You may want to learn from competitors like Careem or Deliveroo, who handle customer experience far more professionally.
I expect a proper explanation and corrective action regarding this incident.

This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I have encountered. The company demonstrates a clear lack of transparency and professionalism in its operations. Items are altered or removed from the cart after payment is completed, and promotional vouchers are applied initially only to be revoked during the payment process without justification.
Such practices raise serious concerns about the integrity of their system and their treatment of customers. Unless closely monitored and followed up, customers risk being misled or unfairly charged. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and strongly undermines trust in their service.

I had a very poor experience using Talabat. The customer service is highly disappointing—responses take too long, and when they do reply, they rarely offer any real solution or take responsibility for issues.
On top of that, the app itself is quite unreliable and often glitchy, which makes placing an order unnecessarily frustrating. The “offers” advertised are also questionable, as they tend to include hidden conditions and frequently don’t apply during checkout, which feels misleading.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me with little trust in the platform. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

This is by far the worst food delivery app I’ve ever used. Talabat has extremely poor customer service — slow responses, no real solutions, and zero accountability when something goes wrong.
The app itself is unreliable and full of issues, making the whole ordering experience frustrating. What’s even worse are the so-called “offers” — they are misleading, full of hidden conditions, and often don’t apply at checkout. It honestly feels fake and manipulative.
Overall, a very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

The customer service is terrible and they 100% scam people. I had to contact them every day for a week just to be able to return an item and get a refund. They finally confirm it and that the driver will come pick it up at a certain time. The time comes and again there is no driver and they refuse the refund even though they already confirmed it. Finally I raise a complaint and she was incredibly rude and offers me a 25 QAR voucher although the item is 89 QAR. Basically, they love stealing money and hiring people who are clearly not capable of being in customer service.

I placed an order with them and waited for 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time. The order was marked as delivered, but it was not. I then waited 12 hours for a response. They have great customer service and strong soft skills, but they offer no real solutions.

On a regular basis, after 1 hour waiting, when the driver finally arrives at my home, I can see him downstairs and also on GPS, he cancels my order at the last minute for no reason. No message, no contact by phone.

Terrible experience with Talabat. I tried the app twice, and both times were disappointing.
First order never arrived after waiting over an hour, and the refund took a long time. Second order had a missing item, and customer support was unhelpful. They forced the refund as Talabat credit instead of returning it to my card, which I didn’t want.
Poor service and bad refund policies. I won’t be using this app again.

It was showing 30 minutes delivery time, later on it was showing 60 minutes.
After 90 minutes, they themselves cancelled my order even weather is ok.
Checked with the restaurant and found that, order was ready and no one came for picking up.
Restaurant is ready to serve.
But Talabat is not ready.
No proper response from Talabat.

I had a very disappointing experience with Talabat. I placed my order at 9:58 PM, and the initial estimated delivery time was 10:40–10:45 PM. However, it kept changing—first to 11:05 PM, and then even later. In the end, my order still hadn’t arrived even after more than 2 hours, reaching close to 3 hours of waiting.
I tried to be understanding at first, considering the weather conditions, but the delay became unacceptable. When I finally contacted customer service, the only solution offered was to cancel my order—after I had already been waiting for hours in the middle of the night, without having had dinner.
It’s extremely inconsiderate. Customers order food expecting timely service, especially after a long day of work. Being told to cancel after such a long wait is frustrating and unacceptable. Offering a AED 15 voucher does not make up for the inconvenience, hunger, and wasted time.
My advice: if your manpower cannot handle the volume of orders, then don’t accept more orders than you can deliver. Respect your customers’ time.

Talabat.jo Jordan, was great ever since I started using it in July 2025. Then shortly in February, and March 2026, their follow up began to dwindle. I lost about 30 JD's in total of missing items. Even when supermarket called to express they ran out of stock of a certain item, it was unrefunded. I raised up cases, with receipts and evidence and to this day no real action taken, and my cases were closed. On one occasion, I went to the actual supermarket to claim my undelivered goods, and was offered a solution, after wasting about 20 minutes of verifying that I have a genuine claim. Three more orders, remain uncredited to my account and no sign of a refund or call to check my request or claim. Not professional.

I have been a loyal Talabat customer since the beginning, with over 500+ orders to my name and a Talabat Pro user. I have also, on multiple occasions, refunded money back to the company after mistakes made from there end—without dispute.
Two days ago, I placed an order from through the app. The order arrived two hours late, and despite the delay, I did not complain. However, when the food finally arrived, it was cold, poor in quality, and the boxes were completely squashed. Unfortunately, I had already paid via Visa, so I had no choice but to accept the order.
When I contacted customer service, not only was my request for a refund denied, but the representative disrespectfully suggested that I “should eat the food cold as NORMAL people do.” When I asked to escalate the matter, I was ignored.
I am not willing to let this go. I expect a full refund. Additionally, after reviewing recent feedback on the app, I see that many customers are facing similar issues. I strongly suggest the team addresses this pattern—this is not merely about the money, but about the complete lack of respect and poor treatment of loyal customers.
