Expensive but beautiful too
Very expensive lightbulbs. But very beautiful (frosted globes) and perfectly dimmable which is exactly what we wanted. Service is quick and packaging sufficient to protect bulbs but not create lots of packaging waste. If they last well, which I cannot comment on yet, they will have been worth the money.

Knuckle table lamp oak
Love this lamp as you can adjust the brightness. Bought the bulb elsewhere as it was sold out on Tala’s website.This is the second lamp I’ve bought to sit on bookshelves. Very pleased with them and they look good.

Life Expectancy on these products !!!
I ordered 3 Veronoi bulbs and matching Pendabts in March 2021, one of the bulbs was broken on delivery but replaced immediately . My issue now is one bulb no longer works, no sign of filament issue, I’ve emailed customer services to basically be told tough, the product has a 2 year warranty
However they have come agreeing to a new bulb, thank you Claire in customer services

The dim to warm bulbs are a fabulous invention, helping create mood when dim, and task light when bright.
The dimmable lamps look great too, needing no shade, even though they don’t brighten to white.
4 stars not 5 because they come packaged with polystyrene noodles that can’t be environmentally sound.

Quick delivery and good product
I'd been looking for ages for a bulb that worked with my John Lewis Alice Touch lamp. All the other bulbs that I tried flickered to lesser or greater degrees, but somebody recommended the Tala Porcelain I. I tried it and it worked. I won't pretend it was the cheapest bulb as others were cheaper, but the main thing is that it worked correctly. Delivery was quick so no complaints.

The most beautiful lights
The most beautiful lights, I ordered two lamps and bulbs to go with. Absolutely stunning, the quality is fantastic and worth every penny. I have also been to their store in London Shoreditch and they were incredibly helpful in showing me the products I'd been eyeing up online. I will be buying more!!
P.s I would love to see some products that cater to rooms where ceiling lights aren't able to be large or long.

Tala Muse Light: battery doesn't last
Tala Muse light is beautiful and useful, but the battery didn't last for me. I reached out to get a new battery and was directed to a page that shows the battery on back order. Customer service was nice, but seemingly tried to blame me for the battery going bad because after trying the supplied cord to try and charge the light (and it didn't work) I tried a different cord.

Tala are great
Tala are great, their customer service is second to none. Their staff are so helpful, especially in the Shoreditch branch. Advised on some great hallways lights, which we got 4 of. Kitchen pendant lights also and also helped out with a missing bracket we think we may have lost. Their lights are beautiful, look fantastic in our rooms and go together beautifully. The sample sale was also great , we got 2 outside lights, unfortunately one of them didn’t dim but when I got in touch they were able to exchange for me so hoping to get that back soon. Also so understanding when we needed parts quickly as our electrician is coming soon. Thanks everyone at Tala
