Easy to earn extra income
Easy to earn extra income. The only thing is that browsing through the assignments is time consuming. I think I apply for the same thing multiple times. There could be some indication that I've applied already or looked at the opportunity.

Asthma Lung Memorial study
Taken part in two (1 hour) telephone research studies over the last three months, connected to the Asthma Lung U.K. charity. Excellent communication throughout from Take Part In Research staff (have dealt with Megan or Tap), plus thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the phone surveys, carried out by Louis. Would happily engage in further follow ups if needed. Very nice friendly, professional experience.

Brilliant website
Brilliant website, great customer service (replied within minutes!!) and I really enjoyed the study.
I didn't understand or had totally forgot the payment terms for TPIR which they clarified and have today paid me exactly when they said they would.
I will participate in research with TPIR again and I'd recommend them to others.

'We Screwed Up!'
A terrible experience with them this week. I applied to take part in a project a short time ago and a had a phone call on Monday, telling me I was accepted and when the in-person meeting was and told to wait for the confirmation email 'in the next day or so.' The email that did arrive was the original 'express your interest' and not the one of confirmation. I phoned again and was told not to worry, the confirmation would be sent 'nearer the time.' That was Tuesday; the session is today. No confirmation, no answer to my 10 phone calls. Wrote an email explaining this and received a polite, professional email telling me there has been quite a few errors in what I had been told and no, I didn't qualify, even though I'd been told twice over the phone I had. I'll never go near them again.

I have taken part in one research so…
I have taken part in one research so far which was quite enjoyable, however my main issue is with the fact that it doesn't remind you that you've applied for a study previously so I've found myself applying twice if not thrice. Additionally, I would like to know if I did not meet the criteria.
I was also called twice for a study that I applied to and unfortunately couldn't pick up the call. I sent an email and rang at least 3 times on different occasions and each call lasted 5+ minutes with no one picking up.
