Bags seem nice..customer service is the worst

I was excited to order this luggage because I fly frontier all the time. I ordered on the website because it gave a guaranteed delivery by date that was beneficial for me. When I reached to to customer service, I was initially met with Kindness but it immediately became rude and unprofessional when I advised that the website was misleading giving out guaranteed delivery dates only to be told its an “estimate” only after purchase and it not arriving in time. The person cancelled my order without me asking and told me to shop elsewhere and laughed about it a day before my scheduled trip.
