Bad app and very bad helpdesk very difficult to contact with no active order and when you finally are able tot contact them they are very Rude and disrespectful and it's never they're fault.

We ordered food from a local restaurant, which initially was supposed to be delivered in around 30 minutes. The expected delivery time kept changing and increasing. After 1.5h I called the restaurant and they confirmed there were no Takeaway drivers available and the next one was going to arrive in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the waiting time was still 10 minutes on the app and not changing. I had to go and get the food myself. When I arrived at the restaurant, the Takeway driver was there looking at his phone, while my order could not be delivered because another very big order was supposed to go at the same time and was still being prepared. UNACCEPTABLE and AWFUL commincation from both Takeway and restaurant. When complained directly to Takeaway, they could only refund the delivery fee and made no effort to compensate for the incovinience of having to wait over 2 hours before having to go pick up my food myself.
UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
