I took out a subscription and got 1 magazine. After many emails I got another 2 months magazine then once again they stopped. I had to contact them again and finally got my next copy. This month I find they suspended my subscription !!! Once again I’m having to chase. my advise is DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE OUT A MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION with them. This has been going on for 6 months now

I confirm I have tried to enter several puzzle competitions by phone and by email for the first time with Take a Break puzzle magazine Take a Puzzle issue 5. However I was unable to enter because the automated phone service did not give me a chance to enter any details, let alone puzzle entries and they charge 50 pence per call. Also I was unable to enter details and entries in the online form. It seems like a scam!

These crossword puzzles r completely ridiculous! Kind of Court - moot!? Popular split game - omaha!? Seriously - really? Book cost $10 and it was a COMPLETE waste of money. Can't do one puzzle. WASTE, WASTE, WASTE

I am having the same problem trying to submit my answers. it just wont let me do anything

I dislike stories about babies being abused and killed and there seems to be one most weeks , other than that the magazine is a good read

Take a break double issue is no longer any bigger than the weekly issue. A total rip off!
Will no longer be buying the magazine.

I live in Saltfleet Louth my name's Julie Logan I've been doing these competitions and sending my answers in online for over 8 years my mum and 2 sister's longer I know that I live in a small place that not many people would have heard of but so is Wellingborough and they have a winner every issue sad face thinking of quitting as we as a family have won nothing 😞

One of the worst apps going. Download puzzles do not open always to do the puzzle. They acknowledge a complaint but cease to act upon it. Will not be renewing my subscription. Recommend that you save your monies too.

Some of the letters and numbers are so small that we can hardly see them! And it's beginning to get a little frustrating to say the least!

Surely it would not be a big issue for you to change some of them that apply, however, it would surely help not only the senior citizens that have been taking your magazine for many, many years, but also others as well!! Or should we look elsewhere?

Awful company. Bought an issue online I paid them, but they didn't receive that notification. A MONTH later, they get back to me and say I never paid. I find the transaction ID and they confirm I paid, 3 months later I still haven't received the issue on my device AND they have ignored my request for a refund.
