It's a Hit for Grain Free

My two Border Terriers love all the grain free food from Pure. It's full of more natural ingredients & they love all the different flavours.
Highly recommended.

My dog has pancreatitis and was…

My dog has pancreatitis and was experiencing regular flare ups and lost a lot of weight. She absolutely loves her food and gets excited for every meal time since being on tails. She is back to a healthy weight and her pancreatitis is well controlled now.
It’s so convenient and also well priced. We love tails!

Excellent service and deliveries

Excellent service and deliveries. Your dogs food is tailored to their allergies preferences ect and is of the finest ingredients always updated . Their vets are always on hand for any advice on multiple problems you may have . I would definitely recommend Tails

Our kibble is the tailored part of the Tails.com subscription, which is why we don't currently offer wet food only subscriptions. Our wet food has been designed to complement our tailored kibble blends as part of a meal plan.

If you've built up more dry food than you need at home but would still like to receive wet food, you can place one off wet food only orders through your dashboard while keeping your subscription active. This can be a helpful way to catch up on any excess kibble before your next subscription order.

If you'd prefer to purchase wet food and treats without an ongoing subscription, you can do so through our separate shop here (https://shop.tails.com/shop/). You can also cancel your subscription from your account page if you no longer wish to receive tailored kibble deliveries.

I'm also sorry to hear you felt let down by our customer service. We always want to make managing your account as easy as possible, and your feedback has been shared with the team as we continue to improve.

Once a subscription has been cancelled, our system will not be able to process a new order or take payment after the cancellation has taken effect. It may be that the payment was processed before the subscription was cancelled, but I'd like to investigate this further for you to understand exactly what has happened.

I'm also sorry to hear that you feel our customer service has let you down. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days, although response times can occasionally be longer during particularly busy periods.

Tails service is above and beyond

Tails service is above and beyond! the deliveries of my dog's food was always on time, my dog loved the food and they offered discounts when available, also added free treats at times!
After my beloved dog passed away, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the company. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that meant more to me than words can express.
Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and it showed me that this company genuinely cares about its customers and the pets they serve, not just the products they sell. The compassion and empathy they demonstrated during my family's loss will never be forgotten.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and for treating us like more than just customers. It made a difficult time a little easier, and I will always be grateful.

There is no way to cancel the dry food…

There is no way to cancel the dry food only. My dog prefers the wet food and only eats a tiny bit of the dry.

As the kibble is the tailored part of our subscription, it can't be removed or cancelled from your orders.

However, we do have a process that allows you to place manual wet food only orders through your dashboard while you catch up on any dry food you already have at home. This can be done on your dashboard using the 'order wet food button'.  

I appreciate this isn't as straightforward as being able to pause just the dry food, and I've shared your feedback with the team as we're always looking at ways to make managing subscriptions easier.

Our box hasn't arrived

Our box hasn't arrived, should have been here on the 18th June, but was quick enough to take the payment on the 16th June, Max (Our dog) is now out of food, therefore will have to go and get him something from Asda and this defeats the object plus will upset his tummy, as we signed up to tails.com because better quality of food , now having to go back to super market rubbish until its finally arrives.
We have sent many emails and WhatsApp message and no reply, it now says delivery has been delayed. This is shocking. They give you enough food for the month then cant deliver on time to start the next. My poor Max 😢

The last thing we'd want is for you to have to buy an alternative while waiting for your delivery. Sudden changes in diet aren't ideal and that's certainly not the experience we want for you or Max.

I'm so tired of sending emails to this…

I'm so tired of sending emails to this company to change my delivery. I actually wanted to pause the dry food for a month and today instead of that I have received double my order.
The customer service is bad.

I can see that you were looking to pause the dry food for a month. When placing a wet food only order through the dashboard, there's also an option to delay your upcoming subscription order, including the tailored kibble. As this option wasn't selected, the subscription order was still prepared and sent alongside the manual wet food order, which is why you've received both.

I completely understand that this process could be simpler. We're currently working on making subscription management more flexible and easier for our customers, although I don't have a timeframe to share just yet. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I've made sure it's been passed on to the relevant team as it's comments like yours that help drive improvements.

Tails

Tails, is expensive in comparison to other well known dog food brands, but very convenient for me. Im in full control of any orders. I can, pause, stop, change amounts and flavours of my doggies food. Whether it be premium or regular it's all worth it. To see your pet, enjoying every bite. Same goes for the kibble. Id definitely recommend
