I'm pleased to hear your dog is enjoying their tailored kibble, although I'm sorry to hear you're finding the cost expensive and that we've not been able to accommodate your request to split the delivery.
The price you pay is based on the ingredients that make up your dog's tailored kibble and is currently the most cost effective way we're able to provide their personalised meal plan while maintaining the quality of the ingredients and service we offer.
In terms of splitting deliveries, we do have a minimum order weight requirement to cover postage and packing costs, which means we're unable to split orders into smaller shipments beyond the options currently available. I appreciate this may be disappointing, especially if the box is becoming difficult to manage.

Our picky dog loves Tails
Our dog is very picky with food and we have had to change many times. She loves her food from Tails and we like the varied choice for the trays. It is good value too in comparison to premium dog food available from supermarkets or pet stores. Easy to order and amend delivery dates if required. No issues with deliveries.

The customer service is fantastic
The customer service is fantastic. I have the fussist small Yorkie ever! We recently discovered chicken allergies and tails helped us with a recipe that suited. They had no hesitation to trial different biscuits and always made sure the food was still complete for our dogs health. It was just a case of a message on what's app and they helped so much.
