TME made booking my holiday so much easier. Not only did they find the perfect resort they also made sure the booking and run up to the holiday went incredibly smoothly. They had extensive knowledge of the destinstion i was travelling too, so once abroad i got the most out of what turned out to be an incredible holiday.

I have had 3 wonderful holidays through Tailormade Escapes; to Dubai, Thailand & Italy. All of which have been faultless and most importantly memorable trips. James at Tailormade Escapes put together a fabulous itinerary for a magical 30th birthday weekend in Iceland. I was organising this as a surprise for my partner and James listened to me and met my requests throughout the planning process, to ensure we captured all of Iceland's highlights and more, and as cost effectively as possible! James had a thorough knowledge of the destination and our favourite recommendation was the Silica Hotel at the Blue Lagoon which exceeded both of our expectations!
I felt confident throughout my experience in the suggestions James made and leading up to the trip he even arranged our airport parking/accommodation, making the entire trip as stress free as possible! I cannot rate Tailormade Escapes highly enough. I initially thought using a bespoke service like this would mean paying a premium, but very much the opposite. Not only does James give you exceptional service and customer care, but prices tend to be the most competitive I can find. James booked, arranged and managed a special holiday to the Seychelles for my wife’s 40th which was a holiday of a lifetime( I made lots and lots of changes which where all handled for me). Off the back of this we then used Tailormade to book a holiday to Disneyland Paris. This is where the service really proved it self to be above and beyond the rest. Our holiday fell during the Covid-19 outbreak which meant we needed to cancel, and the help and support we got was just amazing. James has taken care of everything ,getting all our money back and going above and beyond to help even though it meant a cancelled sale. It is safe to say as soon as we are allowed, I will be asking James at Tailormade to book me another holiday!
