Being able to customize my jacket and hat was a great and easy experience with Tailorly & the quality of both items is amazing.

I ordered a custom-designed jacket and hat, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The online design tool was super easy to use — I was able to choose colors, add my own text, and even upload a small logo. The preview looked great, but the real products were even better.

The jacket feels high-quality and fits perfectly. Delivery was faster than I expected, and everything came nicely packaged.

It’s such a cool feeling to wear something that’s completely my own design. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this to my friends!

I bought a jacket and it arrived exactly as I ordered it; the quality is good and the style is powerful.

The delivery arrived right on time, and I’m really impressed with the quality and feel of the jacket. The customization was done exactly how I envisioned it perfect in every detail.

A totally terrible seller… Regarding the sizes: there’s no size chart to be found anywhere on the website, so the issues start there. I thought, well, my girlfriend always wears XS/S, so size S should fit. What do I get? A kids’ jersey that wouldn’t even fit an 8-year-old…

I contacted support, and for the first time, I got to see the sizes and realized that a mistake must have been made because the chest diameter is 20 cm shorter than expected. What does support say? I should “contact my tailor,” hahaha. And “slimmer designs are more attractive,” hahaha. After that, they generously offered me a 10% (!!!!) discount—how kind, omg.

So yeah, definitely don’t buy here.

Shipping also takes 1.5 months because they probably use the cheapest shipping method possible, yet they charge €10 for it.

I have ordered from multiple times and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their products. Unfortunately, my recent order did not meet my expectations. The jacket I received had a noticeable color discrepancy, which was not communicated to me beforehand.

While the customer service was polite, they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution. Instead of offering a replacement in the correct colors, I was given a 30% refund, which I ultimately accepted. This issue could have been easily avoided with prior communication about the color change.

I hope that future orders will go more smoothly, as I do appreciate the quality of their products.

I bougth a jacket and it was not correct produced/printed. They dont want to give a complete refund or reproduce the jacket. They just offering 20% refund and to stay with their bad produced product. Its such a big shame !!!!
