Manoj created a bespoke itinerary for us that ticked all our boxes, while working to our budget. He was there when we needed to change a destination due to bad weather - between him, the agents on the ground in Sri Lanka and our driver, we knew we were in safe hands and didn't have to worry at all.
We recently travelled to Amsterdam to see the tulips. Tailored Journeys arranged everything for us. There was a misunderstanding with the hotel which was potentially disastrous. Within the hour Tailored Journeys calmly sorted everything out for us. I would definitely use them to book our next trip, hopefully further afield at some of the gorgeous looking destinations on their website.
