Really impressed with the fit
Really impressed with the fit - this is where Tailored Athlete stands out. The chinos and trousers are clearly designed for an athletic build, with enough room in the thighs and a clean taper down the leg, which is hard to find in most high street brands. The T-shirts are also very flattering, fitted around the chest and arms without feeling overly tight.
I’d recommend it if you struggle to find clothes that suit a more muscular build.

Make sure to check reviews. Not Easy Returns
Product came in a great timeframe. I don’t feel their process is “Easy Returns.” Most companies will provide a label and make it easy. I had to go to UPS pay $26 to return a $70 item. Also finding where to return this and start the process I had to reach out to Customer Care directly. It was not readily accessible on their website or anything like that that I could tell. The shirts are definitely something that some will have to try on for the right fit. I’m a medium large with most T-shirt companies for the this one I would have to be like an XL or something. Either way, just not very happy with the entire process and I’m only saying this because I do a lot of online shopping and this one was out of the normal.

Ordered on 25 February and still have…
Ordered on 25 February and still have not received my order after almost 4 weeks.
Customer service keeps responding with vague messages like “we are monitoring the shipment” and “please allow more time,” but no real solution has been provided. There is no proper tracking, and they cannot confirm where the package actually is.
I have already contacted them multiple times and even set a deadline, which they ignored.
At this point, I have no confidence that my order will arrive. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a chargeback.
Would not recommend ordering here.

While we currently do not offer prepaid return labels as standard, you are of course welcome to return the items to us for a full refund. As a gesture of goodwill—especially as this was your first order—we also offered to reimburse your return shipping costs once the return is completed.
