Shopping experience ok, but the clothes, WOW
For the most part the online shopping experience was fine. I did have some issues finding items on sale and thought the search function in this regard was a little lacking. For normal priced items it was a much better experience. I also had some issues going between Shop and Tailored Athlete. The shorts I bought are the bright spot. They fit perfectly giving me enough stretch in the legs that most fail to do. And the waist sits on me as if they took my measurements. I HIGHLY recommend this brand if you spend time in the gym.

Tailored Athlete is excellent both when it comes to responding to questions and the quality of their products. I have never been disappointed. The only downside is that they don’t have a branch within the EU, so you have to pay customs duties and VAT when ordering to Sweden.
However, Tailored Athlete has sometimes been kind enough to give me a 15% discount to help me stay below the customs threshold. 👏🏻

Top quality and great fit
The shirts are high quality and feel so luxurious. I wear a medium and the fit is perfect. I would not mind if it tapered even more at the waist and the bicep sleeve was a little bit tighter, but that is just me. Of all the athletic fit clothes I have ordered from various companies, Tailored Athlete has had the best look and fit. I have bought a lot and looking to purchase more!

Not for everyone, but good resolution
The jeans I ordered are marketed to people who are "athletes" so would assume they are designed to fit someone who works out. I mainly gym, cycle and box. I'm 5ft 10, 83kg, lean and class my build as athletic but not super shredded nor huge bodybuilder.
I bought 2 pairs of jeans but they fit like leggings! Probably would scar a few people if I wore them in public! So either the jeans they sent me were wrong or they are only for "athletes" who don't train legs.
Pretty disappointed I had to pay for shipping then also pay for returns. Hence the 1-star(now bumped to 3 as per below), otherwise I would have put a 2 or 3 star review as the jeans are marketed incorrectly in my opinion but I did like the colors and fit if I were a different build.
As a first time customer I cant trust to buy from this store again as if things don't fit or aren't quite right I am now being actively punished for returns? I understand the need to discourage frequent returns but this feels like I've paid £10 for the experience of wearing poorly fitted jeans.

The jeans were far too slim through the legs for my build, worth checking sizing carefully if you train.
Returns cost me money both ways, which as a first-time customer felt like a frustrating introduction to the brand. A one-off risk free return for a new customer would have gone a long way.
That said, Jelena from customer service reached out proactively, arranged a full refund and covered my return postage costs, which I genuinely appreciated. The styles seem nice, they just weren't right for my proportions. Ended up going with Levi's athletic taper which fit better for me.
Fair company when things go wrong, but check the sizing carefully before ordering.

Terrible (non-)delivery experience
Address somehow was incorrectly transferred to the shipping company so the parcel could not be delivered, and after a week or so was returned to TA's depot. Customer service initially replied with "it's marked as delivered, so it must've been delivered!" without confirming that it had been delivered... back to them.
They then raised the order a second time and asked for the correct address (which was also transcribed wrong) and promised the order would be delivered in 2-4 days.
After a few follow-ups chasing the tracking number for the new order (with non-replies back each time), I requested they cancel the order a week and a half later, as clearly they were somehow unable to fulfil it.
Nearly three weeks of waiting and customer service hassle for no benefit. I would've been a new (and probably repeat) customer but will probably steer clear now.
