Awful customer service. Very rude. They send your order with a different postal service company than you choose. I chose PostNord, but they sent it through DHL, which sent it to the wrong pickup location. And I couldn’t pick it up on time because of the wrong pickup point I barely found time to go there, DHL quickly returned it and they charged 389 kr for the mistake they did!
