I do not recommend Ryan T Shaffer, attorney

I retained Ryan T. Shaffer at Taft Law Firm, Denver, for probate litigation services, with an hourly rate of $570. My experience was very disappointing, as the quality of the representation and work did not align with the high billing rate. Despite mentions of an assistant and paralegal, all work was billed at the full rate, which raised concerns about transparency. I expected more substantive legal work for the cost. I recommend seeking a different attorney and a different law firm. Find an attorney who can communicate clearly and deliver results commensurate with their fees.

This is not a proper law firm

This is not a proper law firm. These guys "on behalf of their client Hershey's" are going after retailers in the UK for products just containing the word Rancher. As they claim that it infringes on their Jolly Rancher trade mark.

When they found out that that they cannot legally win or take down products as the manufacturer of these products have all the legal rights in the UK to use Rancher in their products name they change tactics to to harassment or retailers selling these products.

First they send threatening legal emails which has just full of false information. Then they incorrectly and knowingly falsely report these products to the hosting company of the website, in an attempt to take them down via the host. This is again done to the RETAILERS selling these LEGAL none copyright infringement products.

This is not a legal law firm, these are spammers and harassers that are trying every shady tactics when they know then can not take legal actions.

Stay away from this company!
