Best Japanese Stationary store in Sydney!
Initially I was unsure whether to order from this small business as there were very little reviews and the range they had sounded too good to be true, but nonetheless I purchased and I have no regrets!! The order came very quickly and was packaged so carefully and thoughtfully🥹 I was a little unsure also because of the name change but in case anyone is unsure this review is for tacto studio previously named tactile sensibility😊
the owners were very responsive too and made me more confident in my purchase! Will definitely be purchasing from this store again🤍

The best store I have ever purchased from!
The dispatch and shipping from Sydney to Brisbane was ultra-fast. Shipping was free too! I ordered after midnight on Monday (a Public Holiday), the order was dispatched by Tuesday and arrived at 7 a.m. Wednesday. It was really well packed! Everything arrived in immaculate condition, not even tiny micro scratches on the pens. I love how every pen/pencil/item was wrapped in paper for protection and secured with washi paper tape so everything was biodegradable/as sustainable as possible. It's a small thing but it's so nice and feels much more personal the way things were wrapped in an 'organic' way and secured with something other than generic tape. There was clearly time and care put into my order, it wasn't just thrown into a box like other places I've purchased from. The prices were also really amazing and that's comparing them to overseas prices, they seemed miles better than other Australian stores who charge an 'Australia Tax' normally... Honestly, this is going to be my new go-to stationery store - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fast, helpful and great
It was fast delivery, nice and helpful people, awesome products. I got new pens (sarasa mark ons) and they have been so helpful. I made a mistake with my address and I was contacted by them immediently, very nice about it and my misake was solved very quickly. Highly recommend.

Got a shipping confirmation email a few hours after placing my order and it came really quickly, and it was packed so nicely. They sell beautiful stationery and some items I bought are cheaper than Officeworks!
