My 5 star rating is specifically for Kyle. My company got off to a Rocky start with Tactical Pay with another rep due to not all info being relayed or put in writing. I chock that up as simple miscommunication, not anything nefarious or intentionally deceptive.
Kyle was sent in to save the account, as I was basically out the door. Kyle has done a fandamtastic job will clarifying, communicating, correcting, and onboarding. Folks, when Kyle says he is there for you--take it to the damn bank, because he is!!

Kyle King has done extremely well with onboarding and being extremely knowledgeable. Gave very detailed instructions on many of the processes I was having challenges setting up Tactical Pay on my new website! They truly are a great industry partner for any and all FFLs
