Zero stars. Ordered an item over 2 months ago. disingenuous claim of being posted, and a replacement item also never turned up despite assurances from the owner James Coates. Now the website says its the business is up for sale, and emails are bouncing back. Trading standards to be informed and recovery action to be commenced. Has the air of complete amateurism.
Would give 0 stars. They took my money a month ago and have failed to send my order. They DO NOT respond to emails and have not refunded my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY
I ordered one and that got lost in post then they said then send another to which that also got lost in post so they say then sent one and it was damaged and now have blocked me by email to get the resolved and now their doing nothing to resolve this damaged tac vest
Was in a rush to get a replacement uniform and Daniel and the team didn’t disappoint. The uniform and other bits are all strong! Smart! Fresh! Easy to use and is so handy.
They sent me the stuff same day and I have to say it looks incredible. First day using it at work and everyone has commented how good it looks.
Don’t waste time with over companies this guy is passionate and fast about what he dose so you know everything is made to last and stand up to front line use.
